The facility is in a centralized location, large, clean, friendly atmosphere, good air circulation, showers, experienced and encouraging trainers. The owner Mark is a great guy and has a diverse group of athletes training there. I booked a free session and will be signing up for paid training.

As a Professional Boxer, Mark Owens Gym provides everything that I need to get a great workout. The coaches are great and very accommodating with my schedule. This is the best gym near the Galleria area. I highly recommend.

Holy smokes!! Mark absolutely WORKED me this morning. I've never boxed a day in my life, never put on a pair of gloves, nothing. That made no difference to Mark! He was ready to show me all the basics I needed to know and put me through the toughest workout in a minute!! Can't wait to come back and get better! Truly an amazing gym environment, even for a newbie, really grateful for that care!

The owner Mark, of Mark Owens Boxing Gym is a phenomenal human being!! My son, who fights in the Amateurs, came into town from California and wanted to get some sparring work in with me so I can assess his development and I believe he just wanted to capture a sentimental moment between father and son that he can look back on later in life after his boxing career. Well, I learned of Mark Owens Boxing & Fitness through my cousin so I stopped by to see if we were welcome to workout. As we entered the gym, Mark immediately greeted us with very welcoming energy and showed us the utmost hospitality. He shared his inspiration for helping others and it was effortless to recognize his selfless nature. This gym offers more than boxing and fitness, which is why I'm writing this review. If anyone who reads this review is looking for a safe environment to achieve life goals that include fitness & nutrition, boxing and athletic aspirations, and or simply want to develop and your inner temple (mentally, emotionally, spiritually), I highly recommend Mark Owens Boxing & Fitness. I'm definitely returning to this gym myself and pray my son will soon move to Houston to pursue his Pro Boxing career and to work with Mark. In closing, thanks for being a blessing to my son and me Mark. You're amazing and I'm a huge fan!Ps. The gym environment is awesome!

Such a refreshing gym. Great for every member of the family. I highly recommend. My kids are 8 & 10. Both boys but if my baby girl was older, I would bring her too. I am a 32 year old woman who also trains here. Please join the family. They are the absolute best 🫶🏽
