Anyone in the real estate industry will tell you that they are available anytime and will make you a priority, but that is rarely true. Zach is one of the amazing exceptions.When I went to make an offer on a house, I needed a last minute pre-approval of the exact amount in my offer letter. Zach took my late evening call and quickly drafted up a letter (even while he was in the middle of a family emergency). He also reached out to the seller the next day to ensure them of my financial situation.Zach was one of multiple lenders/brokers that I talked to. I was buying a house as part of a company relocation, and my company "preferred" lenders were able to waive many of the fees due to their contract with my employer. This made it so it didn't make sense for me to go with Zach in the end. That being said, the waived relocation fees aside, Zach had the most competitive offer. If it weren't for my specific relocation package, it would have been a no brainer to go with Zach.There is no question that when I go to refinance, Zach will be my first phone call. Zach gets 10 stars. I can't believe how seamless our experience became when we got started with him. We had a unique situation trying to get approved with self-employment taxes. Zach would be the first guy I recommend to ANYone, especially self-employed individuals. Zach is SO good at what he does, and sometimes you just want it done the right way, no taking chances. That's Zach. We had tried for the better part of a month to get qualified and kept hitting walls everywhere we went. Once Zach got involved we were qualified and on the road to closing within a week. They say brokers make you broker but in complete transparency Zach was able to get us the LOWEST rate and then it got even LOWER under contract because he knows what the heck he's doing. He knows how to deal and negotiate with banks. He also used our sellers incentive money smarter than anyone else we had been on with. He is ALWAYS working and reachable, which is such an underappreciated quality.
