I came here for testing of my dizziness. The testing they did for me was complex and made me nervous. Karla was my technician and she was super empathetic and descriptive on expectations. I recommend her 100%. Also, Dr Upponi did my hearing test. I want to say, I appreciate knowing that he read my questionnaires. He didn’t ask me everything all over again; he touched on things from the questionnaire I filled out asking for specific additional details. Feels good the time spent filling out those papers was worthwhile.

TPHC was great in all aspects, from setting up an appt, communications leading up to the appt, etc.Then the staff and Cindy were awesome in the hearing evaluation and assessment, etc

Went in for my yearly hearing test. Cindy gave me the test using multiple testing equipment. After reviewing my results we then discussed upgrading my hearing aids through a program they were having. We discussed a few options and I was given a new pair to evaluate for a week prior to seeing if I want to purchase them. I’ve always been given top notch service whenever I go in for an appointment or need to have hearing aids serviced.
