I went for my maintenance adjustments and cleaning today, Geraldine took me right in and asked if I was having any problems with sound adjustments. She helped me change & save settings for when Im watching TV also how to adjust my volume when I receive a phone call on my iPhone through my hearing aids.While cleaning my hearing aids Geraldine detected a lot of moisture in them, After discussing my charging location I discovered I was charging them in a bad location near a window AC unit. So during your appointment disclosing where your charging your hearing aids could save you a lot of money by preventing moisture damage to your hearing aids.
