Since my husband started wearing hearing aids, he has bought several hearing aids from the Texas Professtion Hearing Center. The staff there have always been great and will take time to make sure they have his hearing aids set to where you he hears the best.

Where to start!!! From the first time I called and spoke to Page was a fabulous experience! She was kind and helpful!! Dr. Johnston was the best!!! She is so knowledgeable and personable! They really care about their patients, and making sure they're able to hear properly. Very very very polite and professional! I definitely recommend them!

Everything here is really nice, and the staff is very attentive and communicates very well.That said, if you receive one of the free tablet vouchers, I would recommend shopping around before redeeming it here. My mother received the same voucher at a different location and was given an iPad, which was much more user-friendly.The tablet we received here was an off-brand device that was very slow and just not a great experience overall. As someone with hearing impairment, accessibility and hearing aid integration are really important to me, and Apple devices are honestly much better in that area. I ended up buying an iPad Mini later on, and it has been a dramatically better experience compared to the free tablet I received.Other than the tablet situation, this place was great.Just keep that in mind and consider checking other locations first if getting a better device matters to you.

I came here for testing of my dizziness. The testing they did for me was complex and made me nervous. Karla was my technician and she was super empathetic and descriptive on expectations. I recommend her 100%. Also, Dr Upponi did my hearing test. I want to say, I appreciate knowing that he read my questionnaires. He didn’t ask me everything all over again; he touched on things from the questionnaire I filled out asking for specific additional details. Feels good the time spent filling out those papers was worthwhile.

Went in for my yearly hearing test. Cindy gave me the test using multiple testing equipment. After reviewing my results we then discussed upgrading my hearing aids through a program they were having. We discussed a few options and I was given a new pair to evaluate for a week prior to seeing if I want to purchase them. I’ve always been given top notch service whenever I go in for an appointment or need to have hearing aids serviced.
