Everything was a pleasant experience, staff is all very friendly. They explain things as they go and make sure you are comfortable with their actions. The (Teaneck) office itself is clean and new. Any time I complained of sensitivity or discomfort Dr. Park immediately addressed it and ensured I was ok before he continued the root canal. Carmen the certified dental assistant has such a warmth. My recent visit here has been the best visit thus far. The hygienist, Alice, was super personable and made the appointment go by so quickly. We had a great conversation during my visit. She is very knowledgeable about dentistry and so much more. She also has an amazing technique, my cleaning was painless and handled with care.

The amount of time that he spends on each patient is minimal and optimized to maximize their patient flow. They botched my filling. I have attached the xray, I spent another 800$ to fix this in nyc. You will save yourself money and time if you avoid corporate practices and use well knows practices in the city .

The dental hygienist was extremely thorough. She gave me an extra toothbrush, showed me some brushing techniques, and also a fluoride treatment for my teeth. This was the best dental cleaning I've ever had!

Crown has not chipped nor cracked or even fell off. I'm recently seeing him now for a cracked tooth. I'm not looking for another dentist. It would not be the same.

I am very disappointed to have to submit this review as I think Dr. Rho is a wonderful dentist, and he has the kindest most accommodating staff, Scarlet being one of them. But the billing office needs to provide more training and guidance to its employees. I arrived for my appointment yesterday and was told I had a past due balance from my last visit which was 7 months prior. I never received notice or a billing statement in the mail or email. I decided to split my payment in half. The woman at the front desk swiped my card and it was declined. She tried three more times and my card continued to decline the transaction. I contacted my bank and was told that Complete Dental Works tried to charge my card $400,000. My card was locked by my bank due to their belief that this was fraudulent activity and with good reason. I called the billing department today and the woman at the front desk acknowledged that she might have made the potential error but she was very non-chalant. I spoke to the billing manager and she at least took a little more accountability explained how the error occurred and was very apologetic. However , it is such an inconvenience to now have to wait for a new card to be shipped based on such an outrageous error. I will not be returning to this establishment. Less

I am writing this review in grave concern of the treatment my loved one received. Despicable experience for person with disabilities and severely immunocompromised! First, as a disabled and immunocompromised person, she would not have ventured into any location without experiencing serious dental/medical issue. It takes with the risk of the pandemic an unimaginable amount of time to thoughtfully decide if leaving home is the best decision. She informed the staff on her first phone call of this and stressed the importance of investigating the root of her concern to avoid future complications that could exacerbate her condition and land her in the ICU. Last Friday, she started experiencing pain in the molar area due to a swollen gum. Due to not being able to deal with this unbearable pain anymore, we decided to go to this location to get it checked and upon calling for an appointment she was immediately marketed for a cleaning combo that included an exam. Just wanting to have the problem solved, we decided to accept this offer. Once there, the dental cleaning was poorly done, which was noticeable when looking at the upper half of her teeth. She kept having to reiterate to the dental hygenist that the cleaning was secondary to the issue we came in for. After the DH performed the horrible cleaning, she went on to say that food was probably getting stuck in the gum but did not specifically tailor the cleaning to that area, nor did she mention to have removed any food particle that could be "stuck" in the described area and resolved the issue we had come in for. We also note, during the cleaning, water was constantly dispersing into her face and even eyes, which was extremely uncomfortable. She alerted the DH asking for tissues several times. The service from the dentist left much to be desired as well. Upon Dr. Rho entering the room, when the miserably subpar cleaning was completed, he was present for only 2 minutes and we could already see his stance inching closer to the door as if Oprah walked into the lobby and he couldn't wait to see her. He, too, was unable to identify a cause and solution regarding the inflammation, pain and swelling of her gum. She was instructed to try a waterpik as the only possible solution he could think of even though he is the one with the supposed medical degree. We left there with the same problem we went in there for. A day later, the inflammation, pain and swelling have extended to her submandibular area and the back of her throat. Now, because left unproperly treated during the course of the appointment and no viable solution, the worsening and possible infection need emergency treatment elsewhere. If you are a person with disabilities, like my loved one, steer clear of this nightmarish and incompetent House of Horrors. You, like her, are in danger of not making it out alive. Less

He pointed at my X-ray (MIND YOU - I get annual check-ups and other dentists didn't so much as bring this up) and he asked me if I grind my teeth. I told him yes, but I didn't understand the severity of the situation until he explained it to me. And when I tell you...this man literally pulled out 4 different diagrams and talked me through the reasons why it's important to get a (custom) mouth guard. And it has nothing to do with money...it's common sense that if you have something that fits your mouth perfectly versus an uncomfortable, bulky $19.99 Amazon mouth guard and has you waking up feeling like a water dam unleashed on your pillow....one mouth guard will do the job better than the other. ANGELINA is the dental hygienist and she is so thorough with her work and does not leave one crevice untouched. I almost walked out of there feeling like I robbed the place with how good the cleaning was and how little I paid ($99 deal/STEAL for new patients). SAMANTHA is also awesome, awesome, awesome. And ASMA?....oh man. If you have her taking care of you?? Let me tell you....GOD IS GOOD. AMAZING ! PHENOMENAL ! EXCEPTIONAL TEAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ------------------ I truly appreciate this entire experience with Dr. Ro and his team. I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. You would never have guessed that 20min before, there was a metal drill going in my mouth and tools clinking and clanking everywhere. Dr. Ro and. His staff are excellent! His hygienist is in less often due to Covid, but he took care of my exam and cleaning himself! Definitely my favorite dentist in the area.

Highly recommended. Dr.Rose and his dental assistants make any mouth work pleasurable. Even the front staff goes above and beyond. My sister referred me. She and her husband come here, now I do and I am scheduling a visit for my husband. I got a cleaning and crown also currently working on an implant.

I love Complete Dental Works! It is such an amazing dental office and they were super nice to me when I had an emergency two weekends ago. Came to Dr. Ro because he accepted my insurance and so glad I did! Altho going to the dentist is never much fun, he and his staff make it a pleasant experience. Everyone is very friendly and it's a very relaxed atmosphere- which I like because I am one of those people who "panic" when having to go to the dentist.
Very friendly, gentle, and they do amazing at cleanings!! They try and make you comfortable. I was looking for a dentist that accepted my insurance and this is the place to be. For a regular cleaning, I'd say it took about 1 hour. Family friendly as well, and the bathroom is nice and tidy.

I'm thoroughly satisfied with my visit to Complete Dental Works! The hieginist (Tiffany) gave me a very thorough cleaning while patiently explaining how I can improve my dental hygiene. I felt that Dr. Ro gave me an honest assessment about my teeth without trying to sell unnecessarilly. Overall, I found this practice to be very up-to-date and trustworthy.
