He was very professional and personable. He was very thorough in his presentation, listed the pros and cons, and addressed all of our questions and concerns, that we needed to decide on which plan was the right one for us. It was a tough decision to make since some of my doctors, cardiologist and podiatrist, belong to another network. I am switching because of the prescription deductibles. If I stayed with my current insurance, my Entresto and Eliquis would be over $600 a month, each, until the deductibles are met when filling the first script. I am on fixed income and can not afford to pay that for my prescriptions. My husband also switched his plan to another network because he does not have any prescriptions and will, therefore, not have any deductibles. We are giving Andrew a very good recommendation. We feel that he is very ambitious, loves his work and will be a great asset to Mediconnect. We feel that he really helped us. Less
