Sarah and Ramsey of Medi connect are invaluable! Sarah acted as our advocate with Aetna insurance on a problematic reimbursement for glasses issue. Because of bureaucracies between Eyemed and Aetna, And the lack of accountability in both Customer Service departments, led to an agonizing five months of forms, misinformation, and in general lack of integrity with both organizations. Sarah was extremely responsive, empathetic, and professional a couple of months ago, and Sarah‘s intervention I think was crucial to the positive result of this longer than necessary situation. Fantastic experience. The team at MediConnect is knowledgeable and professional, absolutely knows what they are doing. The follow up has been fantastic and quick. Could not ask for more while trying to navigate Medicare which since it is tied to the government, you know is way more complicated than it needs to be.
