Faithcare Hawaii Home Care has been providing services for my 96 - soon to be 97 - years old mother for a month and a half as of today. I have the highest regards for this organization, very caring and thorough. We are absolutely lucky to have (Sheng) Brannan as my mom’s caregiver. Sheng is so attentive, kind, and thoughtful to my mom’s needs and health. Sheng has been helping my mom with everything that my mom used to do but now needs to relinquish it. Natasha Figueroa has been my caregiver since November 2024. From her first workday, she shows up at my home on-time and has never been late. Immediately after she arrives and signs in to begin work, she comes to me for my preferred priorities for the day. I appreciate how Natasha checks with me often as to how I would like her to complete each assignment, i.e how I want her to prepare my meals, wash and fold my clothes, clean my kitchen and bathroom, etc. She maintains focus on completing her duties and I never see her spending time on her cell phone with personal distractions.
