Silma (Sheng) Brannan from Faithcare Hawaii Home Care continues to provide excellent care services for my soon-to-be-98 years old mother since Feb 4 2025. Silma is very caring, thoughtful, thorough, and empathetic. Silma remains attentive, kind, and detail oriented to my mom’s needs and health. As the year progresses, Sheng notices how my mom’s needs change/increase and adjust her support accordingly. She continues to help my mom with everything that my mom used to do but now can’t anymore. I am pleased to have Sheng as my mom’s caregiver and look forward to her continual and constant support.I highly recommend Faithcare Hawaii Home Care, a top-notch organization, for any caregiving needs.

My experience with Faithcare Hawai’i has been phenomenal! The staff are very courteous, they keep me updated and alerts electronically of my caregivers upcoming shift. I look forward to hearing that being that I am bed ridden . My caregiver Kisha , is a carryover from my former HomeCare agency , which was a horrific event for the both of us . But Kisha , will be making one year with me within 3 months time ! What an awesome record ! She and I feel very supported with Faith care as our agency . However we are still open to new challenges whatever they may be . My safety , my health , my financial records is in good hands & I feel very secured with Kisha as my caregiver . Kisha came to me as a well skilled , well knowledgeable caregiver with over 10+ years of experience, her range of clients includes patients of all physical extremities & disabilities . She is very attentive to me whether I am up or asleep. She is a true guardian . On a scale of one to ten , ten being the highest, Kisha is a 20!! Her care has added 10 more years to my life , and hopefully more .

My caregiver Jona helps me a lot from getting up in the morning, preparing my meal, cleans my room and does laundry. She is very nice and watches me and helps me with my undertakings. Sometimes we go out and do errands. I am thankful of her and so blessed to have her in my life.

Faith Care, I highly recommend they take the time to explain everything in detail on what to expect. And by this being my first time I had lots of questions, and they were happy to answer them.My care taker Nita she is very helpful and patient with me, she truly do a great job, I am so grateful.
