My favorite CrossFit gym so far. The coaches are amazing and always super helpful. Their Level Method approach really helps keep me engaged and feel accomplished when I am able to level up. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a gym full of awesome people and great workouts!

I love this box. The Level Method to track your progress is really good it give you a sense of what you need to work on. By far this is the best box I am part of (I previously trained in another box and the coaches were just cheerleaders and not helping you out to improve anything)

Very consistent execution of the Level method from one instructor to the next that we see over time. Replication in employees is not easy. Results. I'm stronger, have lost weight, know I'm being safe, have new friends. I've lost at least 10 lbs in 3 months and have gained muscle!

I was intimidated at first because I thought "CrossFit" meant "crazy" but that is NOT true! I hadn't worked out in years, and I started with bootcamp. I moved back to Michigan one year ago and needed to continue my Crossfit routine that I was doing in California. I just had a baby this summer so I needed to get back into shape and get healthy. Luckily, I found 810 Crossfit because it's only five minutes from me! My husband and I have been members here since the summer and I must say that I am a lifetime member as long as I live in the area. The owners (Joe & Liz) are so nice and helpful & their communication skills are excellent. The coaches are all friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. The classes vary from cardio to weightlifting and focus a lot on proper techniques... all very important for a safe Crossfit skills foundation. I think the timing of the classes are very reasonable and I like that Thursdays are open gym. The usage of the app is great for check-in and super convenient to see what the WOD is. This is my favorite part: the community is great -- everyone at the gym is super supportive and encouraging. This is my favorite Crossfit gym that I've been to. This is my only suggestion because it is a personal preference: have more challenging classes that makes you feel like you're out of breath at the end. So have more workouts that involves rotating between cardio & weightlifting, more burpees, more wall balls.. basically more things that makes me feel like I'm suffering :D Overall, I would give this a 5/5 star and I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone who is willing to try and be discipline. I had the pleasure of dropping into 810 a couple of times this week. I've dropped into over 60 boxes in the last 12 months, and this place is top shelf. They welcomed me, coached me up, and made it fun. If you're in the area, make it a priority to drop in. Joe, Mary, and the whole membership are awesome!

Use to do Crossfit over a year and a half ago and just started back up yesterday to have Joe go over my onramp classes and learned techniques that improved my form on day 1! Looking forward to getting back into Crossfit.

I havent worked out in over 10 years, I was worried I wasn't going to be good enough to keep up. The coaches are there for you all the time, constantly making suggestions and giving positive reinforcement. Doesn't feel like a gym, feels like a family constantly pushing each other. I have found a home.

Been a member for several years and Joe & Liz provide an exceptional Crossfit experience. The best in the area and one of the best in the country. Took my CF Level 1 here and got to spend some time talking with Joe and some of his athletes. The gym is well laid out and you know that you're getting some solid programming.
