Great day on the water. Rented Duffy boat took family out to celebrate mother day. Paradiso deck hand meet us on the dock spent time explaining everything to us. Came in and they meet us again to get us off the boat. Great experience

If you're thinking about it, just DO IT! Such a great deal, and a fun time. Great crew, great boat. It's made for a good time- nothing extremely fancy but makes for an elevated experience at a good price.Boat was clean and ready when we got there. Super easy to coordinate and get in touch with the company when needed. Easy boarding and deboarding, easy to drive.Happy with my experience and would do it again!Parked at the Lido Marina Garage and walked over, wasn't too bad.

I had an event for work on The Paradiso and it was amazing! From start to finish the retail process was smooth and seamless. Tanya was a great help coordinating all our event details and the bartenders and captain were so friendly! The boat was smooth sailing and we had a blast ✨🌊

Kyle was an amazing guide! So friendly and also knowledgeable.

We have rented from many of the vendors in the marina. Hands down we’ll always rent again for many reasons. The mate Kyle helped from selection to docking. Our boat was stable, clean and moved with a good tempo through the harbor. You do have boat choices. Easy access to load the boat and park. Restaurant right there with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. They had the best value for the time we needed on our outing.

Such a fun day out in the harbor. Staff was incredible and was so kind to the kids engaging with them on all the jelly fish in the water. Def will be going back.

We had a beautiful Easter day trip on an 18' Duffy from Paradiso... Kyle was our rep and he was wonderful and helpful. The price was right, and the entire experience was seamless.. I have rented from the other very trendy electric boat place on Lido and they are exorbitantly expensive. This was so much better. Good value for the price!! Nothing like a day on the bay...

The tiki boat was such a great choice for my sons 21st birthday! He invited a couple of his best friends and we had a great afternoon! The boys have autism, so it can be a gamble trying new things! It was so great to see our boys rocking out to their favorite music, singing, dancing, taking silly pictures, making videos...... the day couldn't have been better!!!Paradiso Charter Boats made the entire experience from reservations to getting back to our cars an absolutely pleasure. As a single mom of a special needs young man, sometimes new things are hard to navigate and coordinate, but Paradiso was so wonderful about answering questions, our captain Kalani communicated prior to the event with details about parking and restrooms, etc. All around it was a fantastic experience. It was such a perfect day!! Thank you Paradiso!!

Paradise provided an amazing experience for the scattering of my mother’s ashes. The boat was luxurious and equipped for music and slide show.Everyone was helpful, supportive and very professional. Captain Joe and Captain Hunter provided a meaningful farewell and I know my mom would be pleased. Our family and friends were very moved.Big thanks and praise goes to Paradiso and the outstanding experience they provided our family. 5 stars doesn’t give them enough credit. We had an amazing experience renting a boat from this company and can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish, everything was smooth, easy, and stress free.Kyle was especially fantastic to work with. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He made sure we understood everything before heading out and went out of his way to make the experience seamless. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great time.The boat was in great condition, the whole process was organized, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Because of how well everything was handled, especially thanks to Kyle, we’ll absolutely be returning again in the future.Highly recommend!

I booked a Duffy last minute and the staff was so great and accommodating. When I arrived staff greeted my guest and were very helpful explaining how to operate the boat. They also had an ice chest filled with ice and a trash can. I will definitely be returning from Paradiso again.

We rented a Duffy to show some friends the area. It’s gorgeous and they made it incredibly easy! 10/10 will do again

Incredible staff and crew! Because this boat is gas powered, it's a bit faster than other Duffy boats. It was great for steering vs. The other Duffy's that can be hard to control. I would give this spot a 10/10 due to the staff, stylish boats, easy parking, boat speakers, and overall superior quality of speed and control.

I cannot express enough, how perfect our burial at sea was! Every part of the booking, the communication and the event itself could not have gone better. Captain Jay was phenomenal. He gave the most incredibly touching ceremony and was there for every part of it encouraging us on what to do next. It was just a short Ride out to the location and then we were able to place our loved one in the water. They did a few circles around all the petals and roses that we released and then we headed back sharing stories. We brought a family member who is a violinist and she played for us. One of the best surprises was there was a service dog on board treble, Who loved on all of the grieving loved ones, he knew how to get water for people, and he watched over the urn most of the time, especially once it went outside. I cannot say enough for this company and how perfect they made it for us.

We had the privilege of meeting the wonderful Captain and crew on January 31st when we scattered the ashes of my dear husband, father, son and brother. Everyone was so very kind and compassionate. Our family’s forever grateful. I also want to say thank you to Kathy for making this all possible and setting everything up for us. Again thank you all!
