We had a beautiful Easter day trip on an 18' Duffy from Paradiso... Kyle was our rep and he was wonderful and helpful. The price was right, and the entire experience was seamless.. I have rented from the other very trendy electric boat place on Lido and they are exorbitantly expensive. This was so much better. Good value for the price!! Nothing like a day on the bay...

The tiki boat was such a great choice for my sons 21st birthday! He invited a couple of his best friends and we had a great afternoon! The boys have autism, so it can be a gamble trying new things! It was so great to see our boys rocking out to their favorite music, singing, dancing, taking silly pictures, making videos...... the day couldn't have been better!!!Paradiso Charter Boats made the entire experience from reservations to getting back to our cars an absolutely pleasure. As a single mom of a special needs young man, sometimes new things are hard to navigate and coordinate, but Paradiso was so wonderful about answering questions, our captain Kalani communicated prior to the event with details about parking and restrooms, etc. All around it was a fantastic experience. It was such a perfect day!! Thank you Paradiso!!

Paradise provided an amazing experience for the scattering of my mother’s ashes. The boat was luxurious and equipped for music and slide show.Everyone was helpful, supportive and very professional. Captain Joe and Captain Hunter provided a meaningful farewell and I know my mom would be pleased. Our family and friends were very moved.Big thanks and praise goes to Paradiso and the outstanding experience they provided our family. 5 stars doesn’t give them enough credit. From start to finish, everything was smooth, easy, and stress free.Kyle was especially fantastic to work with. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He made sure we understood everything before heading out and went out of his way to make the experience seamless. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great time.The boat was in great condition, the whole process was organized, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
