We used Paradiso to scatter a family member’s ashes and it was a beautiful experience. We were originally booked with another company we had used in the past, but they changed ownership and told us one month before the service we had scheduled 6 months prior that their boat would not be up and running. We had people flying into town from all over for this specific day, so we needed to find someone in the area and I’m so grateful we found Paradiso! Loved having my 40th celebration on Paradiso’s yacht! My party was for 20 people. The yacht had more than enough space for us to roam, dance, eat, and chat from one area to the next. All of my guests shared what an amazing time they had and kept talking about it days after it was done. Once she found out we were celebrating a 15th birthday, she offered the option to anchor and have water play. I loved the idea! Kathy was also very helpful when we arranged a date to visit the yacht. It's extremely affordable and worth it! Hi my name is Angela and my honey Tate and I decided to book Paradiso Yacht Charters for my girlfriend Mia's birthday surprise. I'm a bargain babe, discount diva and love to find the best deals around. I did my research and this was the company that won hands down! One, the price was excellent compared to other companies. Two, the boats were clean, impeccable and extremely spacious for the price you are paying! Three, we needed to find a boat large enough to fit two wheelchairs or at least have the space to transfer onto the seats. We scored in all the departments! The day we all arrived we were greeted by the most friendliest folks and extremely helpful. There were six of us and we fit comfortably with so much more room that we could have invited at least two to three more friends! I was able to roll onto the boat and stay in my wheelchair comfortably while my girlfriend Mia transferred onto one of the seats with her chair staying alongside of her for comfort. The boat ran smooth and was quiet. We brought our Bose speaker to play music but found out that they had their own speaker setup built in the boat! We had a sensational birthday picnic as we cruised around the waters waving to all the friendly neighbors passing by. My girlfriend Mia had never experienced anything like it since being injured at 15. In fact, she had never been on a boat and actually became emotional while we were cruising around. The weather was breathtakingly beautiful. The sun was shining with a cool breeze! One of my girlfriend's Cassandra decided to stay under the shade by the captain's area while the rest of us wanted to sunbathe and dance. It was the perfect day! After our joyous and relaxing cruise, we headed back to the dock and was greeted by one of Paradiso Yacht Charters folks who guided us back in. This is the only boat rental in Newport Beach I rent pontoon boats from. I'm here frequently for their 10 seat pontoon boats. They're well maintained in great condition, and the staff is wonderful to work with!! Joe the owner of the company is always available and gives you his cell number for emergencies, I've even seen him driving the the yachts and Tiki boats.At the dock I'm met by Chris who pulls us out of the slip, gets us ice and is sure to program our music with their wi-fi and is there to catch our line and pull us back to the dock after our outing.Kathy and Tanya make our reservations and are quick to find another solution if my requested boat or time slot is already taken.This is truly the best boat rental company I've ever dealt with in Newport, never had any problems, and I've been renting boats for at least 10 years. I can't say enough about how great of an experience this was. As soon as we confirmed our reservation we received an email to fill out all the required waivers and forms, which took about 5 to 6 minutes maybe. We received updates a few days before our pontoon rental of where the location was and a map of several parking locations in case there was a crowd that day, they also inclided the app to make that easier to plan. We parked right in front of the office and were on the boat in less than 10 minutes, all I needed was to let them get a copy of my driver's license and we were on our way. We got a great brief, a map of the area and suggested route, and the boat was very very nice. Even returning the boat we were met at the dock before we were even close to it to help with everything. I would recommend anyone wanting to charter a pontoon in the area go here because the boat was perfect and it was the smoothest process possible. We will be repeat customers for sure. Less

We have been using Paradiso for years at the same time of year (around the beginning of July right before 7/4). We always rent the same 20’ pontoon boat and have never had an issue. The boat is clean and in working order when we arrive, with personnel at the ready to instruct and provide whatever is needed for our group to enjoy the water safely. The experience is seamless from beginning to end. If you want a hassle free enjoyable time on the water I’d recommend giving these folks a call. Less

Everything was easy and pleasant. The crew, led by the sweetest black lab in the world named Treble, were so incredibly kind and friendly, professional and down to earth, from the greeting to goodbyes. The yacht is a great, comfortable space where our group of 12 felt pampered and were free to move around, in the cabin and on deck, to either gather to reminisce or find a private space to ponder. All of this made our gathering for a memorial service a nice day. The service they provided for our day of sorrow was one of the most beautiful experiences ever (and Treble was happy to offer his cheering up services at all times!). We all left smiling and happy to be gathering and honoring our lost friends. We plan to now make the Paradiso trip an annual gathering. So looking forward to it. Less
