If you like guns Redland Rifle is the place to go. If they don’t have it, they will get it quickly. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly. The reason Redland has become my “go-to” store is because the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and completely without pretense. Having actual veterans on the floor makes a huge difference in both credibility and the ability to match customers to what they need or want. As a tribute to their professionalism, I have bought more firearms from them in the last two years than I have bought for the last three decades. When I needed a special order for one of my students, they had it in the shop the next day. Now, that won’t always happen but, if it can, they will make sure it does. That level of service is a bit hard to believe, in this day of “don’t-bother-me” sales clerks, but this place is the glorious exception the the norm. If you need anything firearms related - firearms, ammunition, accessories, repair work or just want to trade up to a new machine, you will be satisfied or they won’t stop trying. Great experience every time i walk in, which is frequently. They are up front and honest. Dont try to sell me something i dont need. They often ask me questions, which helps me conform my decision. And they do not talk down to me when i have what may he a dumb question, like other gun stores

Nowhere near as chaotic as Mark’s, and because the inventory is out you don’t feel like a burden just kicking tires…which resulted in me finding a riffle I wasn’t looking for but really liked. What a great atmosphere to look and feel how a gun feels in your hands. Customer service is superb. I haven't dealt with rifles in a long time so my lack of knowledge gives me in anxiety when asking questions. The customer service erased all my fears away. Although I didn't buy one yet I know who I would want to buy from.
