If I could leave a zero star review I would do that. Jeremy was great at first, and I had enough confidence that I paid for my website up front. I was probably not the easiest client since I was still developing the vision for my project, and it was more complicated than most. He communicated actively for a month or so after I signed the contract, but then became less and less available. He strung my along for four months with excuses, refusing to give me a firm deadline or letting me see any progress on my website. When he asked for more money I lost patience and set my own firm deadline 8 months after I had signed the contract. He didn't reply to me at all at that point, and I never got the website. I took him and Innovative Media Solutions to small claims court to try and get my money back. True to form, they have not replied to a single communication. I have my judgement from Grand Forks district court, but it has been an uphill battle and I still don't have my money back. If you hire them to do a simple SEO marketing job, they will probably be great. If you need a bigger project, go somewhere else, and NEVER give them money in advance.***While I appreciate the response and apology, what I want most is a settlement without having to continue to go through the court system. As I have said all along, I am happy to talk through a mutually beneficial resolution. I did not want to go to court. You have my contact information.****Three months later, I am still going through the small claims court process to try and get my money back. I never got a response from the owners. The apology is hollow when there is no attempt to treat me fairly, or even contact me.

This is a man of the people. I don't know why anyone would leave a 1-star review, but it seems like something is fishy. My experience, however, was wholesome and honest. This is a good company to have around.I once saw him speak at UND here in Grand Forks. My wife is here for school, so I went with her to a lecture he was invited to. I learned more about (which I didn't know existed) ethical marketing, AI, and SEO and business right there, than I had in any book. I learned how to save my business. I run a small boutique and was struggling to get people into the store. Now, I'm doing much better after consulting from this company and the use of their innovative AI strategies. I mean, I don't understand all of it but he was able to explain it so it made sense. Funny how he didn't bring up payment at all.Thank you Innovative Media Solutions. Wishing you and your team the best of luck in your crusade to help others and do away with outdated, old timer marketing companies. Don't stop now. You got this.
