Today I visited Tom at Lincs Injury Clinic. I was able to get a last minute appointment booked the evening before which was great. I've had tightness in my neck and back which hadn't been treated in some months. Tom was really personable, put me at ease and went through the issues I had. The sports massage was really good. A bit painful at times, but due to me not having sought treatment early enough. Tom talked through the reasons for the muscles tightening and how to prevent it in the future and gave me a series of exercises to use which was great. Thanks Less

Having ongoing limited movement and pain was wearing me down, physically and mentally, after going around in circles with the NHS I was recommended Lincs Injury Clinic. This has been the best decision I have made. My restrictions were taken seriously and my voice was heard, which after a year of battling with the NHS was such a relief on its own. I received a lot of detail and information around what was causing the restrictions, all questions have been answered. A few months down the line and the progress has been amazing. My gait has improved and I have better range of movement. The clinic has been amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!! My daughter is awaiting her first appointment following her surgery and I feel so at ease knowing she is going to be looked after by Emma and her team, she will be back at the football pitch in no time. I've been seeing Emma for over 10 years, mostly sports massages and/or post surgery manipulation of some sort, and sh usually causes me some discomfort on the way through treatment, which is usually my own fault for not doing as she has previously instructed. This time, though, it was really quite painful, but again, it was because I hadn't followed her prescribed regime. In fact, for 3 or 4 days after the session, my leg was still sore. Today........today I could leap tall buildings, outrun Alf Tupper, the Tough of the Track, out-dance Travolta. She knows what she is doing, does Emma. Trust me, trust her. I do. Less

I have absolutely nothing but pure admiration for Georgia and the superb professional treatment that I have continually received from her over the last year visiting Lincs Injury Clinic. I'm a Army Service Veteren of 27 years service and I love my physical training. Unfortunately, my mindset continues to push my body beyond its limits and Lincs Injury Clinic have become my first port of call when I am in need of a reset. Over the years I have visited numerous sports massage therapists and can honestly say that Georgia has simply put many of them to shame with her high level of fundermental knowledge, understanding from clear concise communication of what my needs are and then conveying them into my treatment plan.
