I would have gave it a zero start but that's not possible. What started off as a great experience with being new to solar, definitely turned bad. Chad was definitely not good at giving any updates. It took over 1yr to get our service up and running. Multiple failed inspection on the electrical side. I had to call to get any info on what was going on. The breaker keep tripping on one of the zones and Chad's solution was just to keep resetting it. His field workers were good to work with and would actually respond. Definitely would recommend to do ur research before using this company. Less

We got kind of a slow start with our solar hookup but that wasn't Soco solar. They were quick and efficient with the install and even though there were a few hiccups with supply chain and getting parts, they worked diligently (even after dark with bright lights shining on their work)to get everything hooked up and ready for the inspector and Black Hills to install meter. We are looking forward to sunnier days as our sense indicator shows we are definitely producing, even on the cloudy days. Highly recommend the customer service of the crew of SoCo Solar!
