To anyone reading this comment, I suggest getting a good pair of running shoes and running as far away as possible from this company. Why? Because this company is sending me a bill of $1,147.50 for ZERO service provided. I used them in January. There were issues with my sprinkler system leaking while the sprinkler was running at a station. The contractors arrived late in the afternoon and it was a rainy day. They drove from a long distance so they said they would rather fix it that day. I’m not a plumber so I had no choice but to rely on their professional expertise. They performed some diagnostics, did some work and said the problem was fixed. It was late at night, raining so I didn’t test it that night. I didn’t know what pipe exactly the problem was (just knew the location but the location had multiple pipes) on, so testing would require me to run the entire sprinkler stations.I paid them $700 (ballpark). The winter was harsh after that so we closed our sprinklers. When we opened the sprinkler in March, the same problem occurred in the exact same manner and from the exact same location. I called them again. The different set of folks were sent and when they came and checked they said the pipes they fixed previously weren’t leaked but these were different pipes. Well, the way the problem occurred (water leaking was 100% the same location) was exactly the same, so it was obvious their previous people fixed the wrong problem! I requested that it should be covered under their warranty and they refused. I called back and said I would be okay covering for their parts, travel and some labor costs, but I wouldn’t expect to pay the full price. They said they would call back but no response. I tried calling a few times over the next week but they wouldn’t respond or call me back. And guess what??? Now I get an invoice over my mail saying I owe them 1,147. What a shame!!! What a fraud!!! No actual work done at all, other than them coming and finding the wrong work they did, follwed by the worst and rudest customer service in planet and yet I owe them a bill this high? I’m going to call them back on this, but I’m also looking to see what other legal options I may have for this type of fraudulent practice. Just FYI - I called another local plumber and got my issues fixed (tested this time) for less than $200. Hope this helps to convince you, as I’m fully convinced now that this business is here to rob you! Less
