It looks they contacted google and with lying removed my review. I will contact them too to check why telling the truth about those company is not ok? I was looking for my Remodeling company to improve, and that included a good SEO company and a great website. I spent around three months searching for a possible company that could give great service and support. I had over fifteen meetings with different companies that had good reputations on Google and other platforms. I made my decision based on the few meetings with Matthew Derickson, who talked so well and made a good presentation of his company and promised that they are the best one and no other one is like them. Like how they are paying attention to the details and like our new website that will be made by them in around 3 months will have a great rating on the Google area where we are located. Google Marketing was an option service from them, but Matthew promised he got the best workers. I told him everything I was looking to be done and what I expected from a company like his. He assured me that they would make everything come true. After all these meetings, I decided to sign the agreement. I signed the agreement for the collaboration on April 10th, 2024. Based on the agreement, they are supposed to make a website that, after it is done, is our property. For a period of one year, they are to do our SEO for the web. After a year, it is my decision whether to continue the collaboration. Another option was to do the marketing of the website and Google business account, that was included to create ads for the company that would attract customers. For sure, I was accepted this services, because like everyone, you want to go ahead and prosper. Now, here is the Result: For 3 months, I was paid $6,750.00 for SEO Services, $5,750.00 for the website creation, $2,250.00 for Google Marketing Services, and 7,445.91 for Google advertising. During the period of the advertisement, we received only Spam and 3 leads from where 2 were some guys looking for a job, and 1 was for a small project; all the rest was spam. Again, we were paid for the Spam over $7,000.00 and received in addition from Lori Bergeson, the account manager, who just promised that everything would go good, and all the time, requested to raise the amount to a higher amount. For sure, this was over my possibilities, and looking at how the Spam was so active, I decided to not increase this. During the four months of collaboration with Home Remodeler SEO, I spent $22,195.91 on services that I did not bring back to my company a penny. All these months, my business has been kept on track; only my customers recommendtion it to their friends, families, and neighbors. Another thing that was so frustrating was when I found Google Local Services, my business was not guaranteed. There, they only make just the General Contracting Service, and they do, they do not mark all the work that a General Contractor is doing. And all this responsibility was on Lori Bergeson. Because of all these high expenses that Home Remodeler SEO exposed me, in August, I was unable to make the payment for their SEO and Marketing Services. (When you pay $22,195.912 in 4 months and you have no return, it creates a financial problem and a loss of trust.) Because I was in the position to pay materials for my customers and salaries to workers or pay a company that doesn't care about your success. I requested Lori to stop their marketing services starting in September. But even like this, when you are a new company, it is somehow hard to make extra payments because I had on April, $25,000 reserved for the SEO work based on our conversation, and I was thinking when the Google Ads will be on, I will start to receive leads and have customers that will bring income. No one told me I would have to spend over $7,000 for the Spam. the entire history here, But I make the pictures and add them to it. Less

Our website began receiving irrelevant leads from around the world, and we never saw a single lead that was actually associated with our target market. It's as if amateurs are running their entire operation, as they clearly have no understanding of how to generate quality, local leads. After months of paying thousands of dollars for their poor service, they suddenly blocked our website without any explanation after an unpaid month. When we reached out to them for clarification, they completely ignored us. We are beyond disappointed with Home Remodeler SEO.
