Sideyard has been so awesome! The instructors are really great at working with you where you are at, and pushing you to get better. The workouts are very well rounded. I go 3 mornings a week, and I’ve gotten stronger and lost nearly 20 lbs over the last 2.5 months, so it’s definitely working how I want it to. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that has a free hour 3+ days a week!

Side yard CrossFit is an awesome atmosphere with great coaches and people! It’s awesome to have coaches that push you, but also want to make sure you’re doing the workouts correct correctly.
Sideyard has not only helped me get in better shape but it has helped me be more conscious of my decisions outside the gym which has definitely improved my overall health. Also all the coaches there are nice and always seem to be in a positive mindset.

I started at Sideyard 10 months ago and I love this community of coaches and members. It has quickly become a daily part of my day and I look forward to it every morning at 5am. The camaraderie that comes with being part of this CrossFit community is unlike any other fitness group I’ve been a part of. I came for the fitness (minus the burpees;) and keep coming back for the friendships.

Great local, modern and experienced CrossFit team and facility. I was new to CrossFit, and Sharene and team made it very approachable and fun but still a killer workout. They worked with me and my family (teenage daughter and son) to tailor the workouts to our goals. I have been attending classes for about 7 weeks now. It has been a great experience so far. The coaches are very supportive and provide many options to meet your skill set. There is also great camaraderie amounts the members in the class. Everyone is there to support everyone else. I did not expect that but it has been very up lifting. Give it a try. You’ll love it.

I love SideYard Training!! I was really nervous to start a new gym, especially CrossFit, but from the first day I was hooked! Sharene and the other trainers are fantastic! They are super supportive, right down to doing workouts right beside you to cheer you on! They are crazy knowledgeable and just plain good people! It is a fun, hard place to work out, and I love it!

My son trains here 3x weekly and loves it. Trainers really awesome and are very focused on form. In a couple months he has doubled his deadlift and is always excited to go and workout.

I’ve made some great friends there and look forward to seeing them each morning as we encourage and push each other to do our best. My kids leave the kids and teen classes with smiles on their faces and usually have news to share about a new skill they learned or a challenging workout they tackled. The owner of this gym (sharene) Is one of the most Caring , loving and dedicated trainers I’ve ever met… She helps everyone through their struggles whether it be nutrition exercise and mobility ... my favorite class is the 5:30 AM but she has multiple classes and it is a super fun and exciting environment, I give five stars....
