Visited AR Smiles for consultation and extractions. Absolutely amazing service. I was very well looked after by Dr Jathika and Nurse Alice (the dynamic duo of dentistry). Impeccable bedside manner. Everything was explained to me clearly and I was told exactly what needs to happen moving forward with my dental care. Just few minutes ago I received a phone call from one of the receptionist asking how Im feeling day after the procedure. Amazing customer service. I couldn’t recommend AR Smiles enough. I don't usually leave reviews but I'm making an exception because AR Smiles do go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable, explain the situation - they actually showed me the x-rays and then present the choices without any pressure. One thing that really stood out is - they called me the day after an extraction and asked how I was feeling - and then they made time for me to come back in, just to check the healing. I really appreciated that. Finally - its not one man and his uhmm - they are a full team - different expertise and all that - it made me feel supported, and safe. I had not been to the dentist in a while and was very anxious but Dr Amy Biju Gandecha was incredible and made me much calmer. She explained everything to me and always made sure I was okay.
