When I first started weightlifting, I was told it would make me a better runner—and now I finally understand how.I’m no longer dealing with the same aches and pains after running. Recently, I felt knee pain mid-run (which normally would sideline me for weeks), but I simply adjusted my stride and it went away instantly. That’s never happened before.Weightlifting has made my body more resilient, and I’m excited to keep building my endurance without constantly battling injuries.
