Had recent hand surgery and wanted to take the down time from playing to work on my game away from the game. So Monica checked me out and we started to work on strength and flexibility. In less than four weeks I have gained a better understanding of gold swing mechanics and how to improve my body for golf. I guess you can call it golf fit. I was amazed at how much strength and flexibility I gained shortly . But even better Monica gave me specific home/gym exercises to work on for further improvement. Monica is a miracle worker. A few years ago she gave me PT exercises for my back that averted me from back surgery. I will be coming to see her again as I am having issues with my sacroiliac joint and I am confident that she'll have the PT exercises needed for me to correct this problem as well.
