My dentist is Ilana but I have had treatment with a few of the dentists at the practice.They are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly before starting any procedure. It’s clear they truly care.

I initially attended an appointment for composite bonding. However, the bonding fell off almost immediately after I left the clinic. When I returned to have this issue corrected, I was met with clear hostility and unprofessionalism from Alana. She appeared irritated and took my return as a personal insult, rather than acknowledging the issue as a fault that needed correction.Following the repair, the bonding she applied is now sharp, jagged, and pointy, and it is cutting into my lips. It is extremely uncomfortable and feels as though it was done in a rushed or even intentionally negligent manner. This situation has caused me significant physical discomfort and distress.To make matters worse, upon my departure, Alana said to me, “We won’t ever have to hang out again together, bye,” and then shut the door in my face. This level of sarcasm and disrespect is wholly unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. Her behaviour was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in the professionalism one should expect from a medical professional.

I was treated poorly because of my race, I was insulted by Alana who used micro aggressions to describe me as aggressive by whilst who stood with in front of me with her arms folded blocking the entrance and demanding me to ‘Behave or I can’t come in’ (the dentist was unprofessional and tried to gaslight me)Absolutely appalled by this experience and really wanted it to go well as I am spending literally £1000’s….I was treated like scum & not a paying customer.
