Krista is simply a miracle worker! We were struggling with teaching our younger daughter (5 years) after our 8 year old was so easy to teach. It was becoming a battle that we did not know how to win, becuase we have no swim teaching experience. Within one week our girl was so confident she would swim without floaties! By the end of the summer she was swimming confidently on her own. I cannot understate the peace of mind I have now knowing that she is safe in the water. Krista saved my toddler's life. We were 1 week into swim lessons with Krista when this happened. My 3 kids were in the hot tub together, and my 3 yo was practicing exactly as Krista had shown us at our lesson at the end of the week. I looked down to get my phone to film the kids and answer a question someone had asked me. When I looked up, I saw that my daughter had slipped from the step and was bobbing under water. In the time it took for me to call out to her brothers and stand up, my daughter had managed to grab the ledge of the hot tub. She pulled herself back onto the step and got her head out of the water totally on her own, just as Krista had taught her that week. The most incredible part was that she had managed to hold her breath during the entire ordeal, just as she had learned during her final lesson of the week.
