Breathe CrossFit hosted 2024 Festivus Games and they ran a well organized comp. Facility was clean, great warm up area between heats, super friendly staff. Would recommend and return for another comp.

I competed in the Festivus Games, hosted by Breathe CrossFit in April 2024, and they did an amazing job! Eli and Toni ran a smooth operation. The gym was clean and organized, well stocked with equipment, the judges were all very friendly and encouraging. Overall it was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend anyone in the area to check it out

I recently participated in the Festivus Competition hosted by Breathe CrossFit, and I must say, they were absolutely fantastic hosts. From the owners to the entire staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facility itself was top-notch, impressively clean and well-maintained. I just finished photographing an event at Breathe CF this past weekend (the Festivus Comp) and I was very impressed at how professional the staff and set up was. All was on time and the heats were well thought out! I would shoot there again in a heartbeat; staff and owners were a pleasure to deal with.

Small gym. Owner is very stuck up and prideful and usually does not participate in the workouts. Many members are amazing and top teir athletes. Very stuck up and prideful community.

Since we moved from the Bay Area in California I was very lucky to find this gym. Having worked out in SFCF and other CrossFit gyms throughout NorCal I was stoked to find a community where everyone welcomed me in the gym. I can't say enough about how awesome this gym is. A year ago I was talked into signing up for a short term membership at Breathe Crossfit by my sister. I was so nervous I sat in the parking lot 30 minutes early to prepare myself :) I am not going to lie, the first time I was so out of shape that I had to sit down after my warm up (oops). However, Marisa (the coach of my first class and one of the gym owners) didn't make me feel like I was out of place because of this. She told me to take my time and listen in to the instruction so I didn't miss anything. From then on, I was determined to redeem myself. I used up my short term membership and immediately signed up for a long term membership. I was encouraged to participate in the Crossfit Open, even though I had only been at BCF for 3 weeks. I was told that it would be a great way to track my progress and it certainly has been. I am able to look back and see how much progress I've made. It was during the Open that Sharon, Marisa, JD and the other coaches pushed me through the competitive workouts, even though at that point I continually struggled each week and wanted to quit. The feeling of accomplishment after completing the Open was amazing. I then went to watch the Regional competitions in Massachusetts and was completely inspired. At that point, I signed up for Sharon's Nutrition class and joined the competitive Performance team at BCF. Sharon helped me to recognize the many weaknesses in my diet and get on track to fuel my workouts and reach my nutritional goals! Since then, I have lost over 30 lbs and more than 10% body fat, and I am not alone. So many members are in the same boat and we continually motivate each other! JD, Marisa, Sharon and the rest of the coaches are the complete opposite of the coaches you hear about in the media today. They focus on breaking down each Crossfit movement so that you are able to safely use the movements in the daily workouts. They will push you further than you could ever imagine but aren't afraid to tell you if your eyes are bigger than your muscles ;) Since joining BCF I have never felt so at home. BCF is a second family to me. If you had told me this would be the case while sitting in the parking lot before my first session, I would have told you that you were crazy. However, the constant encouragement, welcoming atmosphere and fun workouts at BCF are what keep members and myself coming back everyday. All in all, I would recommend Breathe Crossfit to anyone that wants the feeling of accomplishment, motivation and a Crossfit family :) Less

gym and coaches are awesome! coaches pay close attention to everyone during classes to make sure your form is correct, will take the time to show you the right way to do the movements. Great atmosphere in the gym as well, people in there are very friendly and welcoming!

Breathe Crossfit is a fantastic place. It has shown me that I can change my body and that I am much stronger than I ever thought I was. I started during their 8 week Nutrition Challenge and in that time I lost 7 inches in my waist and went down 5 pants sizes.
