The staff from Divine is truly a God send. The wonderful staff I have and the pleasure of meeting are beyond comparing. I manage a group home in the area and I breathe a sigh of relief when I see them at the door. They take time to know my house, my residents and their needs and do anything they can to help. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for this agency.

Unreliable and drivers have incorrect information.

When we got to Boston did not drop me at the door. He drove past the door and parked in a tow away zone. I thought he did this because he would be waiting for me to return in 10 minutes. I was wrong. As soon as I got inside the hospital at 10:07 am he called and said he was going to pick up and drop off another client. He said he would call when he returned to pick me back up. I told him I would find alternate transportation home. He called two and 1/2 hours after the time I should have be driven home. I told him my alternate transportation had gotten me home safely at 11:15 am. I let him know that I would not trust him as a driver or divine transportation for my medical transportation in the future. Not all disabilities are visible. Mine are not. I suppose that may be why the driver thought he didn’t need to drop me off at the door. I wish the driver had just been honest with me. I asked him if he was going to wait 10 minutes and he lied and said he would. Then he called two minutes later to say he was leaving to transport another client. I do not appreciate being lied to. I noticed that most of the positive reviews for this transportation company were from 3 years ago. They have obviously stopped caring about safely transporting their clients since then. Less

I would definitely not recommend. I was on 90W and one of their drivers almost rammed me to get on the off ramp of exit 53. The driver was driving extremely wreckless. If they are willing to hire drivers like that, I would definitely not trust them to give myself or anyone I know a ride.

Excellent transportation company! Great service, friendly driver, wonderful communication. I will use Divine Community Transportation for all my trips to the airport. The advantage over ride share apps is they pick you up right at the gate at Logan. No need to get to Central Parking to get a ride with Lyft or Uber - so convenient!!
