Dropped in today (weekend) from out of state and everyone was very friendly and welcoming! It is either open gym or do the programmed workout, your choice. This is also the first gym - out of all boxes I've been - with a gym dog (wuuutt)!! Great partner workout! I will definitely stop by again, and I absolutely recommend this box to ALL! I had never done CrossFit and a friend invited me and I fell in love and that's how I started training at 253 CrossFit. I love how they teach and the people are amazing. Love this box. The coaches are there for you, positive and encouraging to help you reach your goals. The workouts can be very difficult especially for a beginner and they help you customize the workouts to your level.

Very well-run box. Very inclusive and family-friendly. Great programming; not the typical warm-up, strength, metcon, abs, but more in-line with the original CF HQ WODs. Excellent on-ramp program for beginners, and great system for personal coaching. The members and staff are the best, and if you like dogs, you’re in for a treat.

People arent wearing a mask. Theres an elderly lady walking the treadmill thats right next to the door, not wearing a mask! I'll go somewhere else where Im not putting the elderly at risk. 😕

Yes there r those that r well more trained than I but they have a saying “ check ur ego at the door “ and my god that’s what happens. EVERYONE roots everyone on and it’s so up lifting. The coaching there couldn’t b any better. I was weak all over so the coaches modified my workouts but believe this, I have yet to leave there without being drenched in sweat. I’ve been there 90 days and I feel 10 years younger and DONT need help getting out of chairs anymore. CF253 answered the prayers I was looking for. Joined a few months ago to get into shape for the fire academy starting here soon. I'm in the best shape of my life and feel very prepared with sound functional fitness. I will continue to train at this gym and get pushed to the limit. The workouts are not easy but the staff is very educated and supportive to all walks of life to reach your goals.

Never attended this gym but was in contact with them ultimately decided on another gym that was closer and better for my schedule but they were super quick in responding to every question I had very respectful and friendly thank you for the amazing customer service truly makes a difference!

I've bounced in and out of a lot of gyms over the years but this the only place that's made me want to stick with it. Definitely would recommend. Since I started 8 month ago I feel 10 years younger, have more flexibility, and just feel better overall.
