This gym is awesome! All of the trainers are excellent and provide individualized (scaled) workouts every time you work out and encourage you to work hard but in the nicest way. There are all sizes and ages of people who are regulars. It’s a friendly, encouraging atmosphere.

Danny and Dee have a superb, well equipped facility and have created a real fitness community in the best traditions of Crossfit. They go the extra mile for their members and we are all better for it. Thanks Danny and Dee!

My 15-year-old daughter has been training at 253 Strong for a little over a year. She has gained so much strength, balance, mobility, and confidence. Coach Danny and DeAnna are AMAZING! I highly recommend 253 Strong.

Dee and Danny are super awesome coaches. They really are passionate about what they do and encourage you to be the best version of yourself. Great for first timers and those with advanced athletic abilities. Overall it's a great time and at times you forget that you are working out.

Great team and CF family. I have been with CF253 almost a year now. It’s my 3rd box and three different states. I have lost over 80 lbs and regained my health, increased strength, stamina and made huge improvements in every aspect.

Always love being able to go anywhere...even 3000 miles away from home and walk into a box and feel welcome by fellow crossfitters. Coaches and athletes were super friendly, helpful and motivating! Thanks for the help! God and Jesus Bless!
