We had a scheduled pickup for Monday October 23rd at 9:00 AM. We received an email the day before confirming our pickup. We were in front of the hotel at 8:50 AM. The limo was a no show. We were left stranded. I would never use this service.

Excellent personal service. Used them for airport transfer to Logan from RI and everything was seamless. Communication was excellent including e-mail reminders 2 days, 12 hours, and 3 hours before. Moe’s transportation is professional, efficient, and makes every step of the way easier. I used to Uber to the airport but after receiving the VIP treatment from Maria and her staff, I’ll never do that again.
