Horrible experience! All I wanted was two strand twist on my natural hair, and it was hard for them to execute that! I constantly told the beautician that my hair needed to be wet in order for the hairstyle to come out correctly she continued to say OK and continue to twist my hair dry! I had to stop her there in the process talk to the owner and she still didn’t understand! I came with my hair washed and tangled already, and wanted large two strand twist and the cost was still $100. I’m professional service! The workers talked about their clients the whole time and laughed in their face . I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone in the whole world! Save your money, and go somewhere else!

Horrible never ho back cant braid at all braids were very frizzy uneven didn't use no product on hair at all just a waste of time in money if I wanted to make a donation I would have did so I wanted my hair braided in Tina's is not it took out in 6days horrible im over it never again!!! I went and paid 120.00 for my daughter’s hair and she done a poor job. She’s 10 years old and the braids look like trash. She didn’t have any type of hair supplies. She spent most of her time cooking food, changing diapers, and talking on the phone. We had to sit in the car for over 6 hours because she said no one was allowed in her house because of COVID. Which is understandable but we drove 89 miles. And she never informed us of her policy. I told her that I would not leave my 10 year old child unattended with a stranger. Then after I told her that my daughter’s hair was coming down and asked for half the money back she refused. She and her husband are both con artists and I would recommend everyone to not waste your time and money. Because she is so unprofessional.
