You always hope you're never going to need a great IT person to deal with an emergency - but if that emergency comes up, Wilson Joseph of Level3MD is your guy! I am a small business owner, and experienced a nightmare last week when my Gmail-based e-mail was inexplicably being marked as spam (it isn't, I promise.) We were unable to communicate with our clients for three days, and had no idea how to fix the problem ourselves. Wilson was able to get involved almost immediately and fixed the issue in about an hour. I will forever sing his praises - he's professional, responsive, and does great work at VERY reasonable prices!

Where can I start with these two? Farah and Wilson are incredible. Farah is great at communication and always with a smile. That doesn't mean she does not know how to be mean when is needed. I mean she will give a big fight to protect my personal or business assets. They both are the best for cyber security.I called Wilson and he came the very same day to my house. We talked about installing cameras and his "eye" but also his knowledge is incredible. He told me where to install the cameras for best view and the fee was more than fair. He did not try to sell me something I don't need and he knew what's the best route for what I needed.Very responsive, very quick and very confident they can keep us safe.
