I started going to Zootown CrossFit in February 2025, so it’s almost been a year now. I was looking for a place that would help me enjoy working out again while also pushing me toward my fitness goals wiixh was getting stronger, and also improving my cardio as I always struggled with that. CrossFit was completely new to me, and I honestly didn’t know how it would go or if I’d even like it.From day one, it’s been nothing but a great experience. The workouts are challenging but fun, and always different everything which I like. The variety keeps me on my toes and keeps me excited each and every day. The community also is truly special. Everyone is on their own journey, which makes you feel included no matter where you’re at. I never feel left out or behind. There’s always something to get better at. The coaches genuinely care about us as athletes and take the time to help us improve and teach us, which makes a huge difference.Since joining Zootown CrossFit, I’ve gotten a lot stronger, my cardio has improved, my nutrition is better, and even my mental health is better. It’s become something I look forward to every day and when I go a couple weeks without going (because of work) I end up missing it I end up going insane haha. I’m so grateful I took a chance on this gym and it’s more than just a place to work out, it’s a community that supports you every step of the way.
