One of the best things you can do for yourself is join this gym. Coach Drew is an amazing trainer who takes the time to really teach proper form. The other members at the gym are welcoming and the equipment is well maintained.I’ve been an athlete my whole life and can say that not many coaches take the time to truly teach form, work with injuries, and help their clients like coach Drew does.Thank you everyone at Red Empire for everything. My life has greatly changed because of my experience here.

Dropped in while visiting family and had a great experience! Coach was phenomenal– very friendly and didn't hesitate to give me cues during the workout. The environment was relaxed and welcoming. Gym was also clean which was a plus. I'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend Crossfit Red Empire! I was TDY to Niceville and dropped in for a few classes at 0500. The coach, Drew, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about proper movement and techniques, and the 0500 class was very welcoming and enjoyable. I've been doing crossfit for over 12 years, and Drew's analysis of my movement helped me improve almost immediately. I will definitely be back when I'm in Niceville!

I am a novice to CrossFit. I decided to attend a class with a friend and now a regular. The 5 AM crew is absolutely phenomenal! There’s nothing like starting the day with a group of people who push and inspire each other together. The energy and accountability make those early mornings completely worth it. The coaches are knowledgeable and truly invested in helping everyone. CrossFit Red Empire is a great experience. Going into my first CrossFit class, I was nervous and scared. Coach Drew quickly helped ease those fears and has helped me every step of the way. The members at the gym are supportive and encouraging and I never felt out of place even though I had never done these types of workouts.Every workout is a great new challenge and can work for any level of experience. Having modifications for each move has helped me gain the confidence to try more. I cannot recommend this gym enough and truly appreciate the help, push, and encouragement Coach Drew gives.This gym focuses on teaching the correct form for every move to avoid injuries and make you comfortable for every workout. I was excited to hear that Niceville was getting a CrossFit gym so I would have an option closer to home. As with any new gym, you never know what to expect. When I first talked with Drew (prior to the gym opening), his community-minded approach had me hooked so I decided to give it a shot! I am so happy I did! The coaches are very engaging, take time to focus on technique and give guidance to you based on your individual needs/abilities. The other members are so encouraging and supportive of one another. They are building a fantastic community at CFRE and I am fortunate to be along for the ride!

I dropped into CrossFit Red Empire over the holidays. The coaches and members are all very welcoming and energetic. They follow an external program which is nice from an outsiders perspective, knowing you’re getting decent programming! They also have options for all levels of fitness.They were a brand new gym at the time so all the equipment is in beautiful condition. I’ll definitely be back to Red Empire next time I’m in town visiting family & I would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting or looking for a permanent gym to join.
