Cheri made the process so comfortable and enjoyable the infusion went by so quickly I didn't even think about the needle in my arm. I walk about 4 miles daily, hiking up fairly strenuous hills and found my energy level to be a bit better over the next 5 day. I bicycle 15 miles 3 times a week and found my legs felt lighter and I didn't have the night cramps and twitches I usually do. I have troubles sleeping due to my leg twitches and per my fitbit, I had the best sleep scores I have ever had. All in all, this was a very positive experience for me and I plan on doing it again especially during these hot summer months when I get overly dehydrated.
