Words don’t do justice the tremendous impact CrossFit Final Duel has given me. The amount of acceptance and motivation you receive as soon as you step into the building is incomparable. Working out is the highlight of my day now! The guidance, coaching, and non-judgmental atmosphere has really helped me get back into fitness and push myself beyond what I thought I was capable of. Donna is truly incredible! Outside of fitness, they accept everyone with open arms. So happy to be a part of this CrossFit family!

Starting CrossFit can be intimidating but I felt so welcomed at this gym! Donna builds an amazing environment and I enjoy seeing the members here every day. What I love most is that everyone can get what they need whether that’s a scaled workout or a push to do more. I am so happy I joined this gym!

I have been at CrossFit Final Duel for just over a year now. One of the best decisions I have ever made! They accept you no matter what workout experience you have. All the coaches are so helpful. I can't say enough great things about it!

CFFD is the most welcoming CrossFit gym I’ve ever been to… due to my in-office job requirements, I am not always able to make it there, but there is never any judgment. Donna is a wonderful person and patient coach, and the CFFD community is welcoming and supportive. I have tried other CrossFit gyms, and each time found that because I’m not a “regular,” I’m left feeling somewhat judged, and certainly not a part of the community. I always leave a workout at CFFD feeling better about myself than when I nervously walked in the door- and feeling like I belong, even if I have periods where my schedule only allows me to get there a few times a month. Best CF community, coach, and experience I’ve had, by far.

I had always wanted to try CrossFit, but was hesitant to to join a gym in fear of getting injured. I researched some local boxes and thought Final Duel would be the best one in my area to try based on reviews. From the moment that I reached out, Donna kindly addressed my concerns and even told me that I should try several classes before I make the decision that I would like to join. That was nearly a year ago and since then, I have become a part of a community that is second to none. This gym is full of outstanding people of all fitness levels. They all do their best, show up with a smile, and encourage each other. Not only has CrossFit Final Duel helped me improve my fitness, but my overall attitude in life, and it has helped me to meet some great people. Donna and Eric have always been great and I always look forward to my next visit and workout. Highly recommend!

Donna, head coach and owner, is one of the most gentle, supportive and hilarious people who's destiny in this life was to be an athlete and coach. The community is one of support, hard work and a lot of laughs. I joined years ago and no other gym/box compares to the coaching and friendships at CFFD.
