Lovely hotel, very well presented throughout. Great Beer garden if the sun's out. Ralph the hotel manager and all his his staff are attentive friendly and happy to help. We were having an issue with the av charger outside. Ralph went above and beyond to help get the issue sorted. The hotel is very well run and the staff have alot of pride in their jobs. I ate there one lunchtime wirh a friend. The food was excellent, the service was very good, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The BQA is a beautiful period building. I would definitely recommend. Less
