I am upset that I had a negative experience because of communication with them. I had a workers comp case and they took very long to get back to me to the point where it took about 7 months to get any leeway on the paperwork. Normally it takes at the most a month for me with other places. The doctor and staff were very friendly but every time I called to get updates no one knew anything because it was allegedly only handled by the doctor and when I was updated by the doctor he was very nice and informative but it just never got done. I never got any missed calls or voicemails from them either. I am currently being seen by another provider due to this issue. So hopefully they can improve this and no one else has this experience. my experience was very good, the staff is friendly, they care about the well-being of the patient.

Couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to take care of me during my physical therapy!! Everyone was continuously dedicated to my well being for all the 5 1/2 months worth of care I needed due to my car accident! I can’t thank Dr. Nigel and his team enough for all they have done for me!

I have been in and out since first week of February! It has been finding another family that understand and take care of my injury after a collision of Lyft transportation. I appreciate Drs and staff which cannot excel more in their duties. I would recommend without hesitation.

I was recommended to come here by my attorney after an auto accident. I work late and they accommodated my hours and the doctor stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. I was treated like if I was their first patient of the day. All of the staff is over and above amazing! Defiantly recommend.

Was asked to get a last minute appointment and everyone was very accommodating. I was seen by Dr. Trieb who was very detailed and thorough with his evaluations. He explained things as he was working on me and gave me at home remedies to practice. I will definitely be returning here.

Have been treating for last two months. And I never have the feeling of oh no I have to go to therapy feeling. The staff and doctor trieb always go above and beyond to take care of my needs and other patients. I go to therapy knowing that I will have a great experience every time. Everyone at Preferred Injury Physicians is super nice and listens to their patient. Dr. Brian Trieb shows concern for his individual patients and their concerns. The massage therapy and techniques they used really helped me with my pain and improving my condition.

I was nervous after my accident to see a chiropractor, yet I have been over the moon pleased with preferred injury. I absolutely love the staff as they really take their time to listen to concerns and they have helped me walk through the process of healing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a chiropractor.

The staff are to adore for, making my children and I have a good time even if we are in pain with our injuries. They are a nice professinal company, and their skills of correcting/making injuries better have been a great success for my daughter and I since we've been there. I highly recommend this company if you have any pain from an auto accident.

Dr. Trieb is a miracle worker! I've been in pain for years and no one could help. He was able to reduce my pain in 3 short weeks. I recommend this place to everyone!
