Working with Bo Vink this season was nothing short of transformational for our U12 Southern Tier Admirals AAA hockey team. Bo delivered a four session mental performance workshop that became a defining part of our journey—one that ultimately helped us capture the 2026 OMHA Championship and defend our title as back to back champions, an incredibly rare and demanding accomplishment at this level.Bo’s ability to connect with young athletes is exceptional. He met our players exactly where they were, built trust quickly, and created an environment where every child felt seen, valued, and capable. Throughout the sessions, he equipped our team with critical tools to navigate the emotional highs and lows that come with high performance sport. After having my daughter work with Sara for a few years and see the positive impact of her efforts, we asked Sara about working with my son, a baseball player, in the wake of a torn UCL injury. As a college commit in his senior season, we wanted to ensure that he approached his recovery with the right mindset for growth and development along with being ready for the college season if the healing process allowed. Sara's impact on him was immediate - as you can imagine his post injury emotions followed a typical path. She was able to help him identify the conditions that contributed to him feeling low or down about missing the season and the injury. Ultimately she helped him to convert those emotions, using them with the school team in a new way, as a quasi coach - the team won their league and progressed in states! Fast forward, nearly one year since the injury and he has been cleared to join the team to pitch. Sara enabled him to see a process from injury to playing, not based on emotion of the moment but based on execution of tasks - physical and emotional. His mindset is vastly improved and he even helps teammates with their mindset. Thank you Sara, the journey has only just begun....

I have been working with Natasha for the past few weeks and have noticed significant improvement in my mental game and have seen those translate to my physical game quickly. I play professional volleyball overseas and was really struggling with a negative mindset and not enjoying the game at all. Within just a few sessions Natasha has helped me address my overthinking and slowly start bringing confidence and enjoyment back into my game.I have found that Natasha having played collegiate volleyball herself makes her incredibly relatable as she can relate first hand to a lot of the thought processes and problems that I bring up with her as a competitor and an athlete. I especially cannot recommend her enough to volleyball players because she fully understands the intricacies of the sport and how important the mental game is within volleyball. I find conversations really flow because I don't have to think about how to explain the different skills or aspects of the game, and she can give me personal anecdotes that helped her in the past with issues I am struggling with.Also, the CEP team as a whole has been incredibly kind and accommodating to me and my needs. I can't recommend CEP enough and wish I invested in this sooner

Sara has been an awesome coach. I just started working with her 2 months ago but she is already impacting my mental mindset. I feel more relaxed and centered in my competitions and I feel I am able to apply some concepts to my personal life and grow as a person. She is a great listener and really can get to the root of my mental sumbling blocks and has helped me make some really powerful break throughs . The reset routine she helped me with really works!!! Mote importantly I am having more fun when competing and I now remember why I do it!!!Continue to work with Sara getting close to 9 months now and the impacts continue to be significant.She has helped me overcome adversity while competing, helped me to remain centered and confident, and perhaps most importantly and impactful is that she has helped me restore the pleasure and fun in competing in my sport. I worked with Natasha on a 3 month mindset program to improve my career performance and was very pleased and grateful with the program and progress. Sara was an our Mental Performance Coach this season for the Junior A Hockey team I coach, and she did an outstanding job. She was a big contributor to our teams success helping us win our league regular season title and finish as one of the top teams ranked in CanadaWe had 5 sessions with her and each session was tailored to our teams specific needs at the time. Many times before our during games we would bring up the work we did with Sara that week, and remind players of the mental cues they needed to perform.Sara is extremely passionate about her craft, and is really detailed and organized in her work. She is also a great teacher and presents her information very clearly.She is also a very caring coach helping a few of our players on the side with their mental performance work when coming back from an injury.For any player or team looking to get a slight edge in their performance, I highly recommend Sara.

Sara is amazing. She has worked with our 13 year old daughter (hockey player) for about 5 months now, and we have nothing but great things to say about her. She has also worked with our younger daughter (11) through team workshops. We have seen a great deal of improvement in both girls' performances on the ice and in their attitudes/mindset toward their game off the ice as a result.Sara has helped our older daughter's mental game tremendously in working with her regularly for the past 5 months. She has begun to overcome mental blocks that we didn't even see as barriers to performance. As a result, she is thinking differently about how she prepares and performs and reflecting post-performance. Our daughter feels comfortable talking to Sara. She is able to talk honestly and openly about her experiences, game/practice play, results and how she feels about all of it. This includes the negatives ("bad" games, "bad plays", "mistakes", feeling at fault, negative outcomes, etc). Sara has a tremendous amount of experience as a former player and coach which allows her to fully relate and understand - she provides excellent advice and guidance.As a parent, I am incredibly impressed by Sara and her ability to connect with my daughter. She has had the opportunity to see her play and she and our daughter will oftentimes replay film from games to review particular plays that our daughter brings up. Sara looks to have the full picture in certain scenarios so she can fully understand and reflect - it's part of what makes her so good at what she does. She is supportive and she really cares about helping athletes succeed through their mental game.Our daughter's confidence has skyrocketed this year. She is now looking at things through a different more comprehensive lens. Rather than getting caught up on 1 "bad play" post game and being upset and down on herself, she is reflecting on games differently. She is able to more calmly talk about her play to my husband and I post-game/practice even if results didn't go her way. She now recovers more quickly from "mistakes" on the ice rather than dwelling on them and "getting into her head" . Sara has helped her to incorporate a "reset routine" that gets her back into the game mentally. Overall, our daughter is beginning to overcome some pretty heavy barriers to achieving her goals and, as a parent, it has been incredible to see it all play out.Our daughter is excited to continue on this mental performance journey with Sara's guidance (and so are we!). We are seeing the benefits first hand in our daughter and we know that Sara is providing tools that not only benefit her athletically, but will also help her in life well beyond her athletic career.

Our son has seen incredible progress this year working with Austin Glover. He really looks forward to his weekly session and it has given him back his ability to enjoy the game and get the most out of his season. As a sports parent - I had seen ups and downs on a game to game basis and eventually mostly downs, when we added Austin into the equation he was able to consistently perform and gain back any confidence lost in the previous year plus gain the knowledge and self awareness to understand the mental side of sport.
