Bo has been absolutely wonderful to work with! We couldn’t be happier with the results we’re seeing since our daughter started working with Coach Sara and CEP. She's showing a level of confidence we haven't seen before, embracing the physical strength and stamina she's worked so hard to build, and most importantly, she's taking risks. She's handling pressure much better and doesn't seem to panic in tight situations anymore. It’s early in the season, but my daughter is getting better in every single game, playing a stronger, freer game. And perhaps even most importantly, she's happier before and after games. On the drive home, she's now leading a lot of the conversation instead of retreating into her shell. To us, that's the most exciting part of all. Thanks again for everything you're doing with her.

My 15-year-old son, a highly competitive track and cross-country runner, had the pleasure of working with Bo at CEP Mindset. My son learned many wonderful tools and exercises to help him run with more confidence. He was having a lot of pre-race anxiety that hindered his performances and contributed to a breathing disorder called EILO. My son learned to accept that some anxiety is ok before his races and he began to use that anxiety to help him perform better. I was very impressed with the changes I saw in him after six months of working with Bo.

Natasha is the best. My daughter is a very talented softball player but had some challenges mentally that got in the way. Natasha was her sounding board and worked with me as the parent to talk about things that she may not bring up. My youngest son had a horrific experience with a hockey coach and we watched his confidence and overall game dramatically suffered as a result. After just a few sessions with Coach Baylie, my son Chase was a different player on the ice, far more confident than we had seen in at least a year! Coach Baylie is an absolute joy. Chase looks forward to meeting with her each week! We loved watching his confidence grow so much that we switch our oldest son over to her as well who already in the CEP program. He is a pretty reserved child and it's great to hear him opening up to her. She's very responsive and easy to speak with. I highly recommend Coach Baylie!
