I was very excited to come here and get my tow hitch for my Tesla since they had good rating and figured they would take care of my car and do things professionally. I was wrong for thing I saw when I pick up my car was a 1-2 inch black scratch . That’s what made me double look at there work and found more issues . My bumper was not properly put on and they said it was like that based on pictures they took before but didn’t match when they zoomed in . Also they ripped rubber liner that goes in trunk . I also asked them to add me a under guard for tow hitch to give it a clean look as Lisa the person who helped me said she would take care of it at no cost and was under the impression that they would have a custom fit one for the job well I was wrong they manually cut it by hand and made it look very bad and not quality work . Well if you want someone to treat your car like crap and not do a great job come here and you will get terrible quality service.UPDATE : 6/2/25 I came to get my molding trim installed as I was there with Shane and Mark, Shane had a very bad attitude and was showing anger towards me. I also responded back with the same attitude and that’s when he didn’t like it and was personally being aggressive and was trying to create a fight. That is when I pulled my phone and started recording him because I didn’t want wrong accusations. Shane after led me to the main office where certain employees were being unprofessional and stating incorrect information about me which I didn’t like . There is also a lot more of story and understand the two sides but my video will not lie on how angel if I’m not mistaken on the name tried to fight me in there and employees had to hold him back. Shane also said he didn’t care if I proceeded with lawyers that it wasn’t going to matter to him . He also told me he wasn’t going to fix my problems with my car you guys left. After leaving I noticed they also replaced my molding with a completely different one. At this point I do not want to go back and even deal with the unprofessionalism in this company . I will handle this situation a different way from now on.Update 6/19/25 I will request that public incident number that was made of call and I was never aware of cops being involved also if anyone should have called the cops should have been me for being assaulted inside your business thank you I will contact lawyers now and if there’s any false accusations that don’t match my video you guys will be accountable. Like I said my video doesn’t lie of what your employees say that is why I recorded because I didn’t want any false accusations. I was never rude or disrespectful till Shane gave me attitude the only worker there who was professional there was mark that guy deserves a lot !As for your 4.9 Shane said you guys never deal with customers that 95 percent of your work is from dealers which makes sense they have too much work to care or check for issues like that especially if it doesn’t pertain to them .

I just had my car's driver seat re-upholstered by OC Autostyle. Lisa was a pleasure was to work with as well as the other staff I interacted with. After the seat was completed the first time, Lisa was not satisfied with the results. She arranged for the job to be redone and accommodated me in the process. I took my single cab there for leather seats and starlight headliner I was blown away when I received my truck back. They did a fantastic job!!!
