I was very excited to come here and get my tow hitch for my Tesla since they had good rating and figured they would take care of my car and do things professionally. I was very excited to come here and get my tow hitch for my Tesla since they had good rating and figured they would take care of my car and do things professionally. I was wrong for thing I saw when I pick up my car was a 1-2 inch black scratch . That’s what made me double look at there work and found more issues . My bumper was not properly put on and they said it was like that based on pictures they took before but didn’t match when they zoomed in . Also they ripped rubber liner that goes in trunk . I also asked them to add me a under guard for tow hitch to give it a clean look as Lisa the person who helped me said she would take care of it at no cost and was under the impression that they would have a custom fit one for the job well I was wrong they manually cut it by hand and made it look very bad and not quality work . Well if you want someone to treat your car like crap and not do a great job come here and you will get terrible quality service. Less

OC Autostyle did an outstanding job on the upholstery. I dropped it off and it was ready the same day. I will definitely be returning for a sunroof.
