We needed to store our home goods for a few weeks between move out and move in to a new place. Tom @ units was super helpful and easy to work with. With hired labor I loaded ( & unloaded) 2 x units. So convenient having them on the ground and easy to load. Tom also provided 20 moving blankets and straps to help protect and secure all our furniture etc. the units have E track hook points all the way through the unit making it so easy with the straps. No extra unloading or reloading like a moving truck to store ( that’s when things can get damaged) paid about 40% of what I was quoted by a moving company and that’s with hired help to load and unload.100% recommended.

Rented a pod during a renovation and was amazed at how easy and pleasant they made the whole experience. Check this out: when you call, the phone rings, and then a person answers! And the person is smart, helpful, and friendly! This kind of human-centic experience is sufficiently rare that I find myself writing a review for a pod rental service, happily.The pods are clean, nice, and arrive/depart right on schedule. And the prices are excellent.Can't say enough good things about this company. Thanks UNITS!

So happy I chose locally owned and operated UNITS over their national competitor! Their prices were much more reasonable and I was always able to talk with a live person. They were easy to work with and were very flexible and responsive with my time schedule. The drop off and delivery went smoothly and the UNIT was placed exactly where I needed it! Everyone from customer service to the delivery guys were friendly and professional. I'll definitely use UNITS again over any other when the need arises.

They were incredibly helpful, even accommodating me fairly last minute, in providing storage while my house was tented for termite treatment. If you have to get tented, it's a game-changer to have a place for storage and not relying on bagging things. They were a pleasure to deal with, incredibly communicative and all-around fantastic service. If I need temporary or longer-term storage in the future, will definitely use t hem again.

We were in the process of redoing our garage so we needed a container to store everything for about a month. I called and spoke directly with Tom. He was absolutely fantastic on the phone. He is a small business, local owner and emphasized their level of service. After speaking with him, I did not even call or check with any other companies. As promised, the container arrived at my home and the delivery driver positioned it on my driveway as I requested. It was a very nice clean container with easy accessibility. When we were finished, I spoke with Dana who arranged the pick up time. Once again, the delivery person came and picked it up. The container was loaded on the truck and away it went. It was an easy stress-free experience. And I believe the price that we paid was extremely reasonable. Overall, I am completely satisfied.Thank you Tom and Dana.

UNITs just completed a 2,000 mile move for us from Missouri to the Los Angeles area. Wonderful service all around, from the scheduling, the delivery personnel and the communications staff. We used two 16 foot containers. The UNITs were clean, watertight and safe. All items arrived in perfect condition and no breakage. Good recommendations at both ends for hiring local crews for container packing and unpacking. Would not hesitate to to recommend and use UNITs again in any future move
