I LOVE THIS PROGRAM! As a 53-year-old woman I am concerned about muscle loss with weight gain. My two daughters & I enrolled in a 6-week fitness challenge through Facebook. During the initial consultation Kevin assessed our individual needs and shared individual plans based on weight, age and physical limitations (I have spinal stenosis in my back) that included strength training and nutrition. My first day of class was brutal since I have NEVER engaged in strength training, but Coach K encouraged me to endure me while making sure I did not injure myself. I am in my 4 weeks of the 6-week program, and I’m addicted. The classes are exhausting, energizing and refreshing. FCF staff has worked muscles in me I didn’t know existed. I have noticed that I have more energy, sleep better and I have lost pounds, inches & gained muscle. Being completely transparent, when I go 2 days without strength training, I feel slightly exhausted& fatigued, I feel like my body is now dependent on strength training-WHAT AN ADDICTION TO HAVE!The custom meal plan Kevin provided is simple. I don’t have to go buy expensive food that I will not continue to eat. I appreciate that he focused on foods we eat on a regular basis.What I truly appreciate about FCF is that they created buy in for my 17-year old daughter. She has been struggling with her weight and after seeing her initial results (15lbs lost in 3 weeks) she is committed. She has taken control of her daily meal prep; works out on days she cannot get to the FCF facility and ensures I stay focused and disciplined.FCF offers specialized equipment and programs for strength, speed, agility, and endurance. The only thing I would change about the program is I would like to have access to more evening classes. My 6-week program will end in 2 weeks, and we plan to continue our membership.
