FCF Sports Performance is a fantastic place for athletes to train. My daughter plays high school and club volleyball and has been working with Coach Kevin and several members of his staff. Since beginning her training at FCF, she has made significant improvements in her strength, endurance, and vertical jump.What stands out most is the individualized attention she receives at every session, even during group training. As a parent, I stay and watch each session, and I continue to be impressed by the coaches' attentiveness, emphasis on safety, and commitment to teaching proper technique. I've been attending this fitness class with my wife for about a month now, and it's been a great experience. I've had the opportunity to meet all of the trainers and interact with many of the members, and everyone has been incredibly welcoming and supportive.The workouts are challenging and push you to improve, but the trainers do an excellent job of providing modifications and alternative exercises when needed. They genuinely want everyone to succeed, regardless of their fitness level or experience.Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking for a new challenge, this is a great environment to learn, grow, and stay motivated. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

FCF is conveniently located just 15 minutes from my residence. Additionally, the hours of operation are perfect for my work schedule. Lastly, the training, staff and community all have been beneficial to helping me achieve my fitness goals. I still have more work to be done and I'm glad do be doing it the FCF way!!!

I was initially working at our home gym and I was having a hard time remaining consistent. That’s when my husband found Coach Kevin and his gym FCF for a 45 day challenge. Throughout the 45 day challenge, I’ve learned about how to make the nutrition help you achieve your body goals and have slowly changed my eating habits. The anti inflammatory diet that we initially started on has dramatically changed my skin and the way I feel. So much so I’ve decided to base my meals around the anti inflammatory diet. It has also made me very mindful when buying food and makes me rethink eating out.Now the workouts will have you sweating!! I love all of the trainers energy, especially coach Keisha, I’ve never had so much fun working out before. Coach Aye has the best music on rotation and will always make sure your form is right. I truly feel that my body AND mind stronger because of FCF.Coach Kevin has created a community within FCF, thats unlike any gym I’ve been to before. We have group walks a few Saturdays of the month and it helps us get our steps in and create friendships. While I didn’t reach my weight goals by the end of the 45 day challenge. It has helped me to become consistent with quality workouts, find an ideal diet that my body loves, shown me how to live an active lifestyle and has introduced me to beautiful people who cheer you on throughout your process.

After my initial challenge, I’m ready to lock in for a year. The tempo is excellent and the coaches are attentive to everyone’s challenges. The support and encouragement is beyond what I expected. The training is very effective, my friends have noticed a change after one month and that is huge!

I highly recommend FCF sports performance fitness!!! I love the energy and instruction. They are able to modify each exercise to fit the persons skill level. It feels like I met a second family the way we motivate, encourage and push each other in class. I joined FCF around August of 25 and was with the gym for about 9 months before a move took me out of state. Coach Kevin and his team were welcoming from day 1. The community was always encouraging and that starts with the staff but bleeds through the members. On top of that, the workouts were intense and always gave me a great push.5 star experience. First let me say that the gym is very nice and clean. Coach Kevin is very good at teaching and demonstrating all exercises and modifying when needed. I have only been at FCF sports for a month. I am 72 years old and I feel like I’m 35. I have more energy since going to these classes. I am able to do planks. I couldn’t do them before. Also, the other members are very nice very engaging and I felt right at home. I believe that Coach Kevin has a great deal to do with that along with his. Two other coaches they are great. If you are looking for a good gym or a place to start to get your Fitness and your workout on, this is the place to be. I am so happy that I joined FCF sports performance.

Coach Kevin is the reason I chose to join FCF. He has built an incredible community based around accountability, commitment, and sincerity. When I reached out online to learn more about FCF, he followed up personally and within a day to ask me about my fitness goals and experience in the gym. There is no gym like FCF because of the simple fact that he cares. Coach Kevin genuinely cares about your success and understands the courage it takes just to walk in the door. But at FCF, all you have to do is walk through the door. Get through the door and you'll see why it will be hard to not come back. Even throughout his weeks long fitness programs that he hosts, he builds in community and accountability by going through the steps with you individually and as a group with your cohort. He checks in on you and encourages you to keep pushing. Every class starts with everyone greeting one another and sharing their name and something about themselves. If it wasn’t for IG I would have never found FCF Sports Performance. I signed up for the 28 day challenge and those 28 days flew by. The progress I saw within those 28 days, I knew I was going to continue my fitness journey here. The coaches are very knowledgeable and are available to answer any questions you may have. From group workouts to private trainings, they have something for everyone, even beginners. If you are like me and don’t prefer the typical gym scene this is definitely the place to be.
