Kind, effective, and attentive PT staff. I’ve gone to places with better equipment but they had what I needed. The main issues were from their front desk staff, who didn’t fully know what they were doing. First of they accept Medicaid which is hard to find in Bayonne area. I being doing physical therapy not for a while after my knees were bothering me for years, now they are a lot better than before. This is a great place to do the physical therapy. Dr. Paaneri Jethwa is great and truly an expert. I had severe neck pain and she really helped me by stretching my muscles and relevant expert therapy. Just after several PT my neck pain and stiffness had already gone. BTW, she is also very patient to explain everything clearly and can give good advice.

As I got older my posture and head’s range of motion when I turn became limited until I made an appointment with NJ Rehab Experts. Dr. Melina Shahidi cracked my neck and readjusted my spine, it felt amazing and my problems got better. The therapeutic back massage relaxed me and put me to sleep every time. I have been going to New Jersey Rehab Experts for several months now switching from my previous provider in Manhattan. I am extremely happy that I made that change. Scheduling - One of the best experiences I have had with any kind of medical services provider's scheduling has been with NJRE. They actively try to accomodate appointments by taking a snapshot of availability beforehand and then promptly schedule at the desired cadence. They are always open to rescheduling and I am usually in and out with a few minutes. It has been really easy having appointments even in the daytime because I am assured that there is almost never a wait time because of their efficiency in scheduling. Service - I am seeing Dr. Shahidi for chiropractic services. I had originally gone at my wife's referral for my back. She was able to diagnose the problem and explained what it was before going into the recommended treatment. I was able to understand her points very easily despite not coming from a medical background. We then worked on the treatment for a few weeks and I completely recovered within a few weeks. I have since then started treatment for my foot with her and have seen significant progress. She is an excellent chiropractor. Facilities - So far I have been to two of their facilities. One in Newport and the other one in Grove Street. Both of them were clean, uncluttered, functional and very well located. Both facilities are close to the PATH station and the Newport one has ample public parking available after 6 p.m. as well. Both the locations are easy to find too. All in all I highly recommend NJRE for all chiropractor, massage as well as PT requirements. They are professionals in the services that they provide. I especially recommend Dr. Shahidi. My hand turned out to feel much better and since my knee needed further treatment with physical therapy, Dr. Melina referred me to Dr. Paaneri who helped me designed a progressive strength workout plan and helped me strengthen my leg muscle step by step, while also explained to me why we are doing each exercise. After I had my X-ray, Dr. Vidisha also provided me with some ankle exercises to help me workout my ankle and correct the way I walk. This is a long journey for me and I know I won’t finish it immediately since recovering from a bone injury isn’t a short time thing. The doctors in the clinic encourage me every-time I’m upset and taught me to be positive and patient.
