Hybrid is amazing! The space is clean and welcoming, and all of the trainers are super friendly and knowledgeable. Galen has done a great job helping me stay consistent and achieve my goals. I definitely recommend Hybrid to anyone looking for a gym and/or personal training.

I’ve been a member of Hybrid Fitness for many years. I find this gym very welcoming. The trainers are knowledgeable and attentive as well as flexible! It may not have all the bells and whistles of the larger fitness centers but it makes up for it with its client personalization and attention to detail! Would not dream of training anywhere else.

Check out this local gym in North Wales, PA. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable owner and staff. The new small group strength training classes are challenging but scalable so all of us feel successful and supported. Very highly recommend.

Best gym in Montco! If you want to move the way a human should this is the place for you, seriously. Nowadays you walk into a gym and it’s over whelming- machines everywhere and you don’t even know where to start. At hybrid it’s easy to go in and work with the essentials, nothing more, nothing less. I know they doing personal 1on1 training and with the background that I have in hybrid sport and college sport, I personally didn’t need to work with someone 1on1 but getting the know the people at the gym (Galen and Zero) I’ve learned a whole lot about fitness and training, that I didn’t know even with my background. Hands down the best gym in the area with an elite staff of personal trainers! I couldn’t recommend it more.

Doug and his trainers are professionals that know how to work out. I was training with Dean, but life got a little hectic with me and I fell behind. Even if that happens, Doug and his staff are ready to get you back into motion. I now train with Doug as he can accommodate my busy schedule being a flight attendant.All of Doug's staff have the enthusiasm to have you succeed in your goals.The staff is friendly, and welcoming and the gym is clean and well-lit with 24/7 access, for the night owls like, me.I definitely recommend this gym to anyone from beginner to advanced.

I’ve been one-on-one training with Galen for 6 weeks now, and it has easily been the best gym experience I’ve had (amongst many terrible ones). I was very nervous to start after years of not working out, but Galen has been so kind and supportive. So far as I can see, it’s a great community as well! 10/10 recommend

Doug has a great gym here in North Wales with an old school gym atmosphere. I work a lot of hours and try to get a workout in when I can so Hybrid Fitness's 24 hour availability is perfect whether I'm stopping in late at night or early morning (plenty of security cameras for peace of mind) there's times I'll workout in jeans coming right from work and they're okay with that...they understand the need to optimize your time, the staff is very personable and most are trainers as well if you're looking for some help getting the most out of your time in the gym. For my fellow Veterans they offer a Veterans discount.
