Each time I have had to use Affordable the staff has been so friendly. At the new location, Allison went above and beyond to ensure my part was covered, checked delivery status, and reassured me with frequent check-ins to ease my mind. It was a long process due to my warranty company but she never gave up and kept me hopeful. She was such a blessing and ray of sunshine in a dim situation. My check engine light had been on my car forever. My car was also cutting off when at a red light. They did a good job in repairing the malfunctions. No complaints from me. The receptionist, was also nice and respectful.

However, at this location that thought never crossed my mind! Allison at the front desk was great and even helped to break down pricing for me towards the end.
