Coaches Deone and Roger really care about each individual and the gym feels like community. I cannot recommend giving this gym a try and guarantee you’ll be hooked! They make classes challenging but fun and you walk away stronger and with a sense of accomplishment. All fitness levels, ages, and fitness goals are represented at the gym, which makes everyone comfortable and motivated!

Epic Fit is exactly what I was looking for! It’s a place where the coaches truly care about your progress—helping you build muscle and get stronger by pushing you beyond what you’d do in a traditional gym. I also love the small, supportive sense of community here; it makes every workout feel motivating and fun. Having a location so close to home is a huge bonus, and surprisingly, I’ve come to enjoy those early mornings… from someone who once said I could never work out before sunrise!

The coaches are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They create a family atmosphere. The workouts are challenging but are great. I have built muscle and strength over the past 6 months. I would give them 5 stars if they could offer classes every day of the week.

I’ve never really liked working out or felt comfortable in gyms before, but Epic Fit completely changed that for me. From day one, I’ve felt welcome and supported — never overwhelmed or judged for not knowing what to do. The small group workouts are perfect because you still get personal attention without feeling on the spot. Everyone here, from the coaches to the members, feels like family. It’s such a positive, encouraging environment — I actually look forward to going now!

I have absolutely loved going to epic fit! The team is so motivating and pushes me to be the best I can be. Coming from someone who has been scared of the gym and felt like I don’t belong, the coaches and the other members are so inclusive and supportive! I highly recommend!
