The pilot light on my water heater was out. I set an appointment with Prime and they came out the next day. There wasn't a repair or replacement that needed to be done, he offered to check the rest of the plumbing in the house without a charge. Friendly and considerate, I will be calling them next time I have a plumbing issue.

We are very happy with the work that was performed. Chris showed up when he said we would and worked quickly and efficiently. He explained the warranty associated with his work and made sure we were happy with the installation. We would definitely use him again for other plumbing needs.
