We have a business in Springville, Utah and we had a clogged sewer main. We were told by our first plumber we would have to dig it up to repair it. I wanted a second opinion so I called Jayden Black with Prime Plumbing. Jayden came out the next morning and diagnosed it with an inspection camera that he sends down the clean out. He was able to break through the clog with an extra aggressive specialty drain snake that the first plumber couldn’t. I highly recommend Jayden for your plumbing needs.

Prime plumbing was there the same day with the products needed to fix the leaking water heater flooding the basement. Jayden, owner of Prime Plumbing responded with a fair and competitive estimate and willingness to immediately get to us before even seeing the job. I had contacted 6 other companies to get a rough estimate for a new water heater, none would give me an idea unless I agreed to paying them up to 200.00 for an estimate not to get the scary problem fixed, just to look at it.
