Ryan came out to provide an estimate. He thoroughly surveyed the roof, clearly described what materials would be used, choices in tile style and provided a detailed estimate. The workers who came out for the old roof tear-out and installation were on-time, courteous and did an outstanding job. They cleaned up debris every day and cleared out any debris that fell into the gutters. The project manager was periodically on-site to make sure the tear-out and installation were being done properly and within schedule. Communication was excellent. The office staff kept us apprised of when to expect workers, alerted us of any issues and quickly resolved any concerns/issues that arose.
