After visiting other rehab facilities in town I turned to Dr. Kevin (October 2021) at the Fernwood Movement Academy and so far my experience has been very rewarding. When I met Kevin, he was friendly and welcoming; made me feel comfortable and at ease; took his time and didn't rush me; listened to me and documented my words in writing; and perhaps best of all, was able to identify potential root causes (one in particular was related to an old toe injury to which I would never have been able to draw the connection on my own) and offer specific rehab (exercises) to address the root causes. Two-and-a-half months after my first visit and religiously exercising, I am feeling better (and more hopeful).
