From the moment I started speaking with the customer service rep RoofAdvisor has been nothing but accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable. I am In awe of the customer service we just received from Paul with RoofAdvisor! After working around my daughter’s nap time, Paul arrived as anticipated with a smile on his face! While looking at the issue from the inside I could tell immediately that he knew what he was talking about. He then went outside and before I knew it he was all done and had fixed the issue! It was very minor so he decided to go ahead and handle it right then and there. He showed me pictures of everything he did and took a look at our entire roof, not just the spot of concern. He advised us of something we need to reach out to DTE for which we would have never probably realized had he not gotten up there. And gave us his honest opinion as to when we should probably have the roofed looked at again and to my surprise it was many more years than I thought he was going to say. Disappointed! I’m still waiting for minor repairs! I fixed the landscape light ( thank goodness I’m handy) we have a very large roof they did complete it in a couple of days! But left a bit of a mess we cleaned up then my rain gauge hanging Still is! And the shingles by 4 dormers are not on property 2 of my sons are getting roofs and they were going to contact Paul but not any longer. Due to the fact I e called and texted and recalled just to get these repairs taken care of! NOTHING Paul keeps telling me soon after this one is completed blah blah. I called the office spoke with Megan she said Paul does not have any notes for any repairs!! He gave me an excuse for that reason she wasn’t in the production dept! ? Thought he was a stand up guy . We are older and don’t have a ladder to put the rain gauge back in the upper gutter and it looks disconnected and then the dormers shingles over lapping my neighbors brought it to our attention yesterday as well!!! So sad when you can’t complete your jobs!!!Very disappointing and upset!!! We wanted to list our house now this delay!!! Ugh it’s been 5 weeks now…and I had the city inspector banging on our door! This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with the contractor. We recently moved into our house and did not know much about our roof. Paul came out as the second person to give us a quote. He already previously bid on the job so he told us when the roof was installed, which is information we didn’t have then he provided to tell me how little was wrong with the previous job, and how easy fix it would be This was so different than the other people who were giving us estimates everybody else said it would be several thousand dollars one was as 7500. This could’ve cost me and my family thousands of dollars for an unnecessary repair.
