Emma is a fantastic trainer, she is so enthusiastic and really motivated me. I made really fast progress and was hitting PB's that I never could've dreamt of. Emma's positivity and grounded approach regarding body positivity always made me feel amazing, and I always looked forward to training with her. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I hated the gym and I could never get my head around it. I have always been self conscious and these guys go above and beyond it’s like a little family. Stu and Pete are so helpful and I have really started to push myself. Everyone is lovely it’s fab get yourself signed up you won’t regret it! I couldn’t imagine life without it now fully recommend. Great effective fitness programmes, knowledgeable coaches, like minded friendly groups all there for the same thing, I had great results from my initial 6 week challenge, I lost 10lbs, gained muscle and my fat loss is 12% so I’m staying, give it a try

Get yourself to this gym! Not like any other place I’ve been to, the workouts are carefully constructed, guidance is readily at hand and support inside and out of the gym is constant. Stu and the team are genuine, motivated to do what they can to help you achieve what you want. The sense of community is just one of the great things to find here!

Excellent experience. Small group.session create such a great atmosphere. Everyone is so supportive of each other. The trainers are all experts in their field and help to adapt and amend exercises when needed. Will definitely be signing up for another 6 weeks.

I’ve always found the gym to be my nemesis, something I ‘tick off’ rather than enjoy, but over the past 6 weeks, I’ve come to really love the challenge, and that has EVERYTHING to do with Stu and all the lovely people that go to 3D. The encouragement and teamwork makes you push harder than you ever thought possible and without doubt, the reason you get the results that you do. It is genuinely like a big group of friends/family that are invested in you, no matter what session you attend, everyone is absolutely incredible, so kind and encouraging 😊 My biggest concern when I joined was managing my daily calorie intake, I absolutely LOVE food and don’t know if I’ve ever really paid attention to the labels on packaging or the numbers on a menu, I’d just eat what I fancied at the time! But this has just been something I’ve moulded into my everyday life, it doesn’t take long to find really tasty low cal options and they’re actually enjoyable! And IT WORKS! For all the time I’ve moaned about not shifting weight when I want to, I realise now what I’ve done wrong! I started this experience with relatively low expectations, more because I was VERY dubious about my own will power and commitment, but I’ve hit every target I wanted to hit and more, losing more lbs and inches than I even thought possible in the timeframe, which honestly makes me more shocked than anyone! I feel more confident and accepting of myself and I don’t think that’s a feeling anyone can replace. I would 100% recommend this to anyone - I tell everyone I know about it! I think for anyone who has thought negatively about going to the gym, this is what you need. It’s an entirely different experience and will actually get you results! TSF has helped me achieve my goals & change my behaviours & attitude towards diet & exercise. A small friendly gym with personal trainer led sessions along with diet & lifestyle advise, weekly check-ins to keep you on track & great bunch of likeminded people. AmaZing. Love this place. Feel comfortable, relaxed and like I’ve worked really hard. But unlike when I used to go to the gym and dread it, I really look forward to every session. Stu you are a godsend.
