Was told the channels that I wanted was on the package they sigh me up with.When the installation was complete found this was untrue spent two days on the phone was told they would call me back but just by text that I needed to go up to next package for 20.00 more.I’m retired low income and not able to increase my buget.Very dissatisfied with service that u charged 21.30 for .Direct Tv was also not helpful.Very dissafied customer.
