Late Friday Morning, noticed sagging in the paint of a first floor room right beneath the primary shower. Called numerous plumbers and none could get out same day, then I called Ace and was told that I would get a call shortly from their plumber Rick. He called within 5 mins and said he would be there within the hour. He got here 25 mins later! Rick and his colleague immediately went to work, cut the dry wall, identified the source of the leak in the first cut, replaced a cross-threaded connection in the shower piping, and helped clean up. I was originally worried that since two of them came up, it was going to be double the price for labor, but Rick offered a flat low price that wouldn't of been beat elsewhere. Professional, kind, very knowledgeable, and quality work. Will be using them for future renovations.

Wow, what can I say about ACE. Rick and Blair, if you have the pleasure of working with them, are approachable, knowledgeable, and show up when they say they will. The two have a solid working relationship team and make quite the pair, leveraging each other's strengths to the customer's advantage. They are friendly, courteous and have integrity. They even did some light carpentry on a fridge installation project that required some demolition/conversion of a overly large bathroom closet into a fridge closet. ACE is the real deal. I plan only to call them for our future HVAC and plumbing needs, and there will be more! Thank you, ACE!

I contacted Rick initially based on a referral from the Rinnai website. I’m so happy I found this company. Based of the referral from the Rinnai site I obtained a quote from Rick for the removal of two direct vent hot water heaters and the installation of two new tankless hot water heaters. Ricks quote was consistent with several others I received and he communicated things to me very well- to include things I needed and more importantly, things I didn’t need. I now have instant hot water servicing my entire home. They completed the work in a timely manner but we had a few hiccups along the way. Our power went out due to a cold front during the installation. This left us without anything during a 9 degree cold spell. Rick was so helpful and even offered to bring things over to help with indoor heating for the night. That’s the mark of a good contractor- someone who genuinely cares. I have since used Rick (and Blair, who is also fantastic) for numerous projects: Troubleshooting with a thermostat Plumbing leak detection and repair HVAC servicing And will continue to use them on other projects! They also have a great circle of folks they can refer you to also for drywall, electrical and framing work- they have all turned out to be great!

this guy stole my friends fuse two hours after he was there until he could get paid came into a gated community w out permission and stole a part were there was a woman small child in house over small bill less than an hour after work performed why would he need that money so bad

Worst customer service ever. We had Rick out to fill our AC coolant. My partner didn’t realize he had fraudulent activity on his bank account and when the check we gave him accidentally bounced because of the hold he trespassed back onto our property and removed the fuse to one of our AC units which resulted in turning the unit off without our knowledge. All without talking to us first. We gave him the check at 8:30am (time of service) and my husband called him back at 1pm (went to VM) and 3pm on the same day to discuss a cash payment since the check bounced. We have the call log records. Sometime between 11:15 and 3pm is when he came onto our property and instead of knocking on the door to talk to us about the issue he stole the fuse for the unit. All just for $250 worth of coolant. He could’ve simply knocked on the door and we could’ve handled it right then. Instead he chose to purposely put me and my family at risk. Meanwhile I was working from home all day in 90 degree heat with a small child and all my fire alarms were going off because it was so hot. He did not rush back. Entire family had to sleep in the basement and turn off fire alarms for the night because he didn’t come back with the plug fuse. Poor communicator. Shady business dealer. Cash payment was rectified within 24 hours of initial service. We are filing a complaint with the commissioner. That’s unacceptable behavior. Who does this?!

Rick was out on to my home on a Thursday to top off coolant. Paid him for service. Due to a fraud alert on my bank card, the bank didn’t cash the check I gave him. He proceeds to come back to my house prior to talking to me and pulls the fuse on my ac unit. He never told me this, I figured it out on my own. My wife and small child were home in a 90 degree house all day. The house was so hot, all of the smoke detectors went off. All he had to do was knock on my door or talk to me. This guy is a clown. Search elsewhere for hvac service. The payment was rectified the following morning
