Everyone was very polite and they sales staff was not pushy or leading. The Management, sales staff and delivery guys all went out of their way to make sure I was totally satisfied with the purchase ,the process and the price! I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and affordable even so payment plans

These people will make you pay thousands of dollar. If you want a different color couch and they promise you 3 weeks it'll take 3 months to even hear back from them. Poor customer service. I advise you all not to go with this furniture store. Save your time your energy and MONEY!

Great prices and the delivery men are amazing

Ordered furniture on April 4th was told it would take 10-15 days, that time came and passed. Then I was told the 29th or they could give me the same couch in grey now...No I ordered red, because that's what I wanted , call the day before they tell me now the 3rd. Here it is May 5th I have made two payments aside of the original down. I jave the money to pay for it.. but why pay for furniture I do... More

Wonderful place and wonderful service

Cheap place for cheap furniture

Prices were ok. If you plan on having them deliver it plan on a run around. Took about 5 hours after they called for them to show up.

WHILE I WAS WAITING THE RUDE STAFF MEMBER SAID WHAT YOU WANT? I SAID IM WAITING TO TALK TO THE GENTLEMAN IN THE OFFICE AND HE SAID FOR WHAT AND CONTINUED TO WALK INTO THE OFFICE WHERE THE GENTLEMAN WAS SITTING AND SHUT DOOR SO I JUST WENT AHEAD AND LEFT THE STORE. I KNEW HE WAS IN THERE TELLING HIS LIES. I WENT TO BIG LOTS AND PURCHASED WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AT PAYLESS FURNITURE. NEVER WOULD I GO THERE. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN FROM WHEN I STEPPED IN THE STORE. Fair prices wnd decent service ! They also have financings options to fit every budget ! From a no credit option to traditional financing options . If there is a away to get your furniture delivery to you quick they will find it !

Small family owned business. Helps if you have bad credit but like any rent to own place you end up paying an arm and leg.

This place is ridiculous I have a warranty on my mattress I bought there and everyone is giving me a run a round... Don’t buy from here if you want your warranty! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have reported them for bad business! Which they have a F with the BBB! Stay away

Worst place to buy furniture! It's a scam. Prices and then they give you discounts like off however in all reality it is not. It's a big scam of these guys are pulling you're better off saving your money and go somewhere else.

Only buy from this place if you are paying cash. The salesman are dishonest. They told me that that with the lease, if I paid it off in 90 days no interest would be accrued. THAT IS A LIE - THE TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BALLOON AFTER THOSE 90 DAYS. I was looking at 2grand and now I will have to pay 3.5 grand. The furniture is pretty good though.

They first brought the wrong mattress and boxspring. They said they did that because the one we ordered was sold out after we bought it almost a month ago. I was in a huge hurry and the sales people did everything they could to get what I needed and get me on my way. Payless is an attractive mid line furniture store with a good variety of styles.

They have a nice selection, financing and reasonable prices.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Everything seemed great at the store, picked out a great sectional and a nice queen sized bed. This is where it all went down hill. First of all the delivery men showed up to my house high as a kite, and my couch wreaked of weed, they also dinged up my walls while taking the bed upstairs. First of all the delivery men showed up to my house high as a kite, and my couch wreaked of weed, they also dinged up my walls while taking the bed upstairs. Before they left they informed me that they "forgot" the middle cushion to my sectional and they would "get it to me sometime today" aka 7 hours later. Even after all of this was solved and i got an apology from the delivery men, i was happy, i had some really nice furniture for only 120 dollars a month with no interest rate.... or so i thought, my payments are double what i was told they would be and twice as often as i was told they would be. Not to mention the price of the furniture is double what i was told it would be. This place is horrible. Go next door to value city and get some better quality stuff for the same price. UPDATE***** The bedframe they sold me broke today. This place is garbage. i would have rather slept on some trash bags filled with rusty thumb tacks if i had the option to never go through this place. Less

I first would like to say I went to the payless furniture on E main St and was very disappointed. .....They were trying to play me like I didn't know my stuff...So I left them.....Watch those guys at that store.. especially the goofy one with the ponytail. ...any way decided to go to the one on W Broad st and loved it...Bigger store...Bigger salections....My daughter's love love their new bedroo...
