We first used Roof Recovery about a year ago for a major roof repair, and they were outstanding from start to finish. From providing a thorough estimate and clearly explaining the repairs, to scheduling the work and completing the project, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and delivered exceptional quality.What really sets Roof Recovery apart, though, is their customer service long after the job is finished. A year later, we needed a very small repair. It honestly wasn't a project that was probably worth much of their time, but they treated us with the same level of care, professionalism, and urgency as they did on our larger job. They truly made us feel like no project is too small when it comes to taking care of their customers.It's rare to find a company that stands behind its work and values its customers the way Roof Recovery does. The whole experience from estimate to completion was smooth. Their communication was excellent and they were prompt, friendly, and very informative. The fact they provide pictures of what was to be done, during the work, and the completed project was a very nice touch. The crew (David and Axel) were on time, nice, and always cleaned up. They even cleaned out my gutters. I can’t say enough nice things about this company.
