I was looking for a roofing service and did an extensive background search on several different companies. I found LV-M ROOFING SERVICES and found that they were highly rated within the top 5 of the state. I contacted them and met with Lorenzo he did an inspection and asked if I wanted to just do some patch work or a full reroofing. I chose the reroofing so that I would not have to deal with any future issues. The price was pretty good for a 2500,00 square foot roof and it included the permit and city inspection. I only had to give a 10percent deposit which was great and pay the balance at the completion of the job and final inspection and sign off by the city They started on a Monday and finished on Thursday of that week. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the workers and how they kept cleaning as they worked on the roof. The job was fully completed and the city inspector came in and signed off on the job. I was really happy that it went so smoothly. The roof looked so good, that two of my neighbors asked for the company's information. The best part was that it rained very hard the following week, and I had no issues.
