I recently had my roof replaced and I’m extremely satisfied with both the quality of the work and the overall process. The team was highly responsible and responsive to all my questions. I was looking for a roofing service and did an extensive background search on several different companies. I found LV-M ROOFING SERVICES and found that they were highly rated within the top 5 of the state. I contacted them and met with Lorenzo he did an inspection and asked if I wanted to just do some patch work or a full reroofing. I chose the reroofing so that I would not have to deal with any future issues. The price was pretty good for a 2500,00 square foot roof and it included the permit and city inspection. I only had to give a 10percent deposit which was great and pay the balance at the completion of the job and final inspection and sign off by the city They started on a Monday and finished on Thursday of that week. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the workers and how they kept cleaning as they worked on the roof. The job was fully completed and the city inspector came in and signed off on the job. I was really happy that it went so smoothly. The roof looked so good, that two of my neighbors asked for the company's information. The best part was that it rained very hard the following week, and I had no issues. I would fully recommend LV-M ROOFING SERVICES, just call and ask for Lorenzo, he conducts himself in a professional manner and is honest and upfront about doing business in the right way.

Highly recommend. Punctual, dependable, reasonable and work, so far, appears to be excellent quality. I say so far because roof hasn’t undergone snow load yet but has withstood multiple rainstorms with no problem. Lorenzo always let me know status throughout job process.

They really did a great great job from beginning to end! I have quoted several roofers no one can beat their price and they give me the very honest detailed cost at first, other roofers only give you the descriptions of work and total amount. They are always come early in the morning during the reroofing period and working very hard and detailed! Helped me cleaned my big trash in the backyard and helped me patched and painted the fascia and shiplaps too(also helped painted my rooster wind decoration!), helped me connected a bathroom vents to the roof and helped me installed the exhaust fan in attic. I really appreciate all their professional work and kind help! I feel so lucky to find this company on yelp! If you need to reroof, they are the best!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Communication was clear before, during, and after the project, and scheduling was a breeze. The team completed everything as promised, on time, and left the job site spotless. What impressed me most was how friendly and accommodating they were—not just to me, but to my neighbor as well. She texted me to say how much she appreciated that the crew adjusted their workflow so she could take her morning work calls without noise. They worked on the far side of the roof until she was done, then shifted closer once it was convenient for her. I loved that level of thoughtfulness! My project was still finished quickly, and my neighbor felt cared for too.

Excellent work. Professional, friendly workers. Good price. Lorenzo replaced the 60 year old roof on our family cabin, installed insulation under the new roof, vents, and facia board. Lorenzo made sure every step of the way that I approved of the materials he proposed. Lorenzo and his crew showed up when he said they would, finished my project when promised even though the weather was very cold, and verified my 100% satisfaction.
